According to his visions from the Lord, Brother Branham said that Hoffman’s “Head of Christ at 33” was a perfect likeness of Jesus:

We superimposed the Cloud over Hoffman’s painting to simulate how He appeared to Daniel and John who saw Him in visions set after the Church Ages and His Mediatorial Office were fulfilled. He was wigged as a Judge, looking down on the Western world that has rejected and put Him out of the churches—or “walled cities” that bear His Name—as the Eastern world rejected and crucified Him outside the walls of Jerusalem.
