Last week we spoke of the numbering of Israel and found that the Levites belonged to the Lord and were no certain number. A type of the Bride. When Moses descended from Sinai and found Israel worshiping the golden calf, he demanded, 'Who is on the Lord's side?' and ALL the Sons of Levi separated themselves unto God and by their obedience to God's command at the cost of being against his own brother, consecrated himself that day as priests (Exodus 32:25-29). Although the question was to 'whomsoever will,' only Levi responded.
We went over into the New Testament and found Israel numbered once again in Revelation 11:1-3 and 7:4-8. Finally, we examined the reason why the names of the tribes of Ephraim and Dan were removed from under heaven but restored in the Millennium (Ezekiel 48:1-8, 22-29). It was idolatry.
Let's commence our study tonight by reading Revelation 6:9-11. 'And when He had opened the Fifth Seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were martyred for the Word of God, and for the testimony which they held: And they cried with a loud voice, saying, "How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?"'
In other words, "WHEN"?
The setting is the CLOSE of the Gentile dispensation—the manifestation of the Seventh Trumpet and the Sixth Seal. Are you with me? Close your eyes and concentrate on that. These souls are Israel's equivalent to the foolish virgin. Their Spiritual vision was BLINDED by their priests and they sealed their testimony of the Law and prophets with their lives.
'And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled'.
You see, Israel's blindness is REMOVED in Daniel's Seventieth Week, when God is no longer dealing with the Gentiles unto salvation. 'Let he which is filthy be filthy still.' When that which is Perfect (the FULLNESS of the Word, or Christ's parousia) is come, PART-Word shall be done away. HERE it's about to come to Israel. The number of Fifth Seal Jews is made up. White robes, signifying righteousness and therefore Eternal Life, are granted to the Fifth Seal Jews. But only POTENTIALLY, because they don't RECEIVE them until the White Throne Judgment.
But "HOW LONG, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not JUDGE and AVENGE our blood on them that dwell on the earth?"' Or WHEN will you pour out your WRATH, God?
God says, 'In the MIDST of the week, AFTER the 144,000 elect are SEALED, or born-again, and AFTER they're MARTYRED.' The sealing of Israel in Revelation 7:4-8 is the answer to Israel's prayer. The world then enters the great tribulation and Armageddon sets in.
Isaiah 11:11-12, 'And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set His hand again the second time to recover the remnant of His people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Lower Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Ethiopia, and from Persia, and from Shinar, from Hamath in Upper Syria and from the countries bordering the MEDITERRANEAN sea. And He shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth'.
This is Revelation 7:1-3, the gathering the TWELVE tribes of Israel. NOT from New York, Warsaw or Vienna. We learned in an earlier study of other Scriptures, GENUINE sons of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are in the main NOT in Europe, OR in America, but in the Middle East. They are Mohammedans. The Shiite Muslins, for instance, are said to be Israelites.
Revelation 12:1-4, 'And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
And there appeared another sign in heaven; a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born'.
The FIRST heavenly SIGN represented Israel, clothed with the Glory of the Lord with the Law beneath her feet. (The moon reflects the light of the sun as the Law was a shadow of good things to come, the new birth). The twelve stars represent the twelve apostles. In the SECOND sign, the Dragon represents Satan who deceived Shem, the third part of man, and in the form of Imperial PAGAN Rome, sought to destroy Christ as soon as He was born. You'll recall it was Herod who tried to kill this rival 'King of the Jews.' And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, the Magi returned to their own country by another way, and Joseph and Mary fled into Egypt (Matthew 2:13-18)?
Revelation 12:5, 'And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.' He was resurrected, glorified, visibly ascended into the Presence, and will judge all nations with a rod of iron at the White Throne judgment.
Revelation 12:6, 'And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days'.
Brother Branham identifies the woman as Israel, the church. Rome tried to destroy the child. Israel went to the wilderness (where the Bride is NOW), and received Spiritual Food through the ministry of John the Baptist and Jesus whose ministries preach the Covenant for three and a half years. Then Jesus was killed.
Daniel 9:26, 'And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be killed with no-one coming to His aid: and the people of the Roman prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and its end shall be with a flood, even unto the end there shall be war, and desolations are determined'.
I think it important we understand the COMPOUND meaning in Daniel 9:25-27. It speaks of ONE week wherein God deals with Israel Spiritually. The first half was the Ministry of the Holy Spirit in John and Jesus who delivered the invitation to the New Covenant. It was rejected by Israel, so God turned to the Gentiles to take out of them a people for His Name.
AFTER the Gentile Dispensation, this Covenant is RECONFIRMED to Israel for another three and a half years by two Hebrew prophets. However there ANOTHER covenant of seven years will be established between Rome and the International Jews, representing the State of Israel. The FIRST half of this covenant is CONCURRENT with God's LAST week of dealing with Israel. At the conclusion of this three and a half years, Rome breaks her covenant with Israel and FORCES the mark of the Beast. Israel's two prophets are killed. The Jews become Roman Catholic. They betray the 144,000 who will be born-again, and martyred, during the SECOND half of the covenant Rome makes and breaks. TWO seven-year periods, and TWO covenants with Israel. One with God, the other with Satan through the FALSE church.
I believe the woman, Israel, was fed for three and a half years by the ministry of John and Jesus. That's Revelation 12:6. Between Revelation 12:6 and 7 are almost 2,000 years of the Gentile dispensation. There are many examples in Scripture, such as Isaiah 61:2; Daniel 9:24-27; Zechariah 13:7; Malachi 3:1-4 and 4:6 where this 2,000 years is suspended on a comma. But note, a fuller meaning of three and a half prophetic years of 360-days is intended here. And AFTER that time, God would take the church to a PLACE He has prepared.
At the END of the Gentile dispensation, the Seventh Trump, Satan is cast out of the heavenlies and God RETURNS to Israel to fulfil the LAST Week by the ministry of two prophets with the anointings of Moses and Elijah, to destroy all life in Armageddon, thus BINDING Satan until the White Throne Judgment (Revelation 19 and 20) and bringing in 'everlasting righteousness' in the Millennium (Daniel 9:24).
Daniel 9:27, 'And Rome shall confirm the covenant with many for seven years: and in the MIDST of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, [when the Pope manifests II Thessalonians 2:3-4 and FORCES the mark of the beast. The Jews worship his trinity or they'll be killed], and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolator' (Revelation 19:20). God RECONFIRMS His Covenant to Israel in the FIRST three and a half years.
Revelation 12:7-14, 'And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
And the great dragon was CAST OUT, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceives the whole world: he was CAST OUT into the earth, and his angels were CAST OUT with him. [That's Revelation 13:8 and 17:8, the END of grace. The wicked will do wickedly but the wise shall understand . . . Let him that has understanding count the number of the beast].
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is CAST down, which accused them before our God day and night." And they overcame him by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB, and by the WORD OF THEIR TESTIMONY; and they loved not their lives unto the death. [The 'tribulation saints'—the foolish virgin and the remnant of the Fifth Seal Jews].
Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and you that dwell in them. WOE to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the Devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has but a short time. And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. [That's the 144,000].
And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time [the first half of the last of the three and a half years God allotted to Israel], from the face of the serpent'.
Let's read Exodus 19:4, 'Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto Myself.' God likens His prophets to eagles. When God brought Israel out of Egypt to Himself, He brought them to Him by prophets—Moses and his spokesman, Aaron.
Gathered in the wilderness, Israel was alone with the sanctifying Presence of God. There, without distraction, God could speak with His people. God can only speak with us when we're in solitary, often lonely circumstances, deserted by others; deprived of the aid and protection of kindred, friends and acquaintances; waiting and dependent upon Him. So a 'wilderness' can be in a crowded city.
In the days of His earthly ministry, the woman or elect of Israel, were separated from the noise of religious conventions to a solitary place where an eccentric dressed in a felt shirt of camel's hair and a leather skirt, and eating locusts and wild honey, was proclaiming their Messiah and baptizing in the muddy Jordan. Later, they followed Messiah Himself. His travelling ministry frequently attracted large crowds and much publicity, yet few were able to catch the revelation, and the 'elect woman' was alone with God in the wilderness of the crowds. Now Christ's Bride is in the wilderness of nominal Christians, even followers of this Message.
Once again, God will gather Israel unto Himself upon two wings of an eagle: two prophets with the anointings that were upon Moses and Elijah. He'll speak with them in the Spiritual wilderness of Jerusalem for three and a half years. The FIRST half of Rome's NWO covenant with Israel.
Daniel 7:15-26, 'I Daniel was grieved in my spirit, and the visions of my head troubled me. I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things. [This one could only have been Brother Branham because these mysteries were revealed to only one man. Daniel, like John, must have been caught up in the Spirit and witnessed his preaching]. "These great beasts are the Gentile empires Nebuchadnezzar's dream. But the saints of the most High shall receive the kingdom, and possess it for eternity."
Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron (Rome), and his nails of bronze (Greece); which devoured, brake in pieces, and trampled the residue with his feet; And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three horns fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake boastfully [as if he were God, opposing and exalting himself above all that is worshipped], whose appearance was greater than his fellows [so that he as God sits in the temple of God proclaiming his own divinity].
I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them [the tribulation saints of Revelation 13:7-9]; Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.
Thus [explained Brother Branham], "The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the WHOLE EARTH, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. [That's this coming NWO where Rome will reign supreme]' And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change the times [of sacred feasts and holy days] and the Law: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
[Rome will rule the NWO for the FIRST three and a half years of Daniel's Seventieth Week. In the midst of his seven-year covenant with Israel he will seek worship and FORCE the mark of the beast. This will generate a revolution among the Communist East which he has subdued. They'll blast continental USA off the face of the earth. His own power base of the old Roman Empire will desert him and blast Vatican City State to perdition].
But the judgment shall be set, and the Court of God will take away his dominion, and consume it GRADUALLY and to destroy it SUDDENLY in the end." [Armageddon destroys ALL life on earth in atomic holocaust].
Daniel 12:6-7, 'And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, "How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?" [This is the same question asked by the Fifth Seal Jews]. And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and swore by Him that lives forever that, "It shall be for a time, times, and an half; when Rome has destroyed the power of the holy people [Israel's two prophets], all these things shall be finished".'
Then sinners will gloat over the corpses displayed for their derision in Jerusalem, celebrating their victory over the power of God, exchanging presents and congratulating one another because the two prophets whose plagues have tormented the whole earth, are dead (Revelation 11:10).
Now in Daniel 7:20 and Revelation 12:3, the beast had ten horns which were ten kings, represented in Daniel 2 by the ten toes of the image king Nebuchadnezzar saw in his dream. They are the royal houses into which the Roman Empire was divided after the fall of the last emperor Romulus Augustus, in AD476, were the Alemanni (Germany), the Franks (France), the Burgundians (Switzerland), the Seuvi (Portugal), the Anglo-Saxons (Britain), the Visigoths (Spain), the Lombards (Italy), the Vandals, Ostrogoths, and Heruli. They are known as the "Black Nobility" today. The last three were destroyed by the Pope because they refused to become Roman Catholic 'christians.' And there were seven heads which bear blasphemous names.
Revelation 13:1-4, 'And I stood upon the sand of the sea [multitudes of humanity], and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads blasphemous names. And the BEAST [Rome 168BC to the consummation] which I saw was like unto a leopard [Greece 331BC—168BC], and his feet were as the feet of a bear [Medo-Persia 538BC—331BC], and his mouth as the mouth of a lion [Babylon 605BC—538BC]: and the dragon [Satan] gave him his own power, and his throne, and great authority. And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed [When Imperial Rome was transformed into Papal Rome]: and ALL the world marvelled after the beast in admiration. [Because he unites all religions into a confederation, and all nations into a NWO and brings PEACE (Revelation 13:14)]. And they WORSHIPPED the dragon (Satan) which gave power unto the beast (the incarnate Pope): and they worshipped the beast, saying, "Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him"?'
Satan is worshipped vicariously in the person of the 'man of sin, the son of perdition', the incarnate Pope.
Isaiah 14:12-15, 'How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! [Lucifer means, 'Light-bringer' whence the term 'Illuminati' is derived]; how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! [And this takes us right back to Nimrod's kingdom of Babylon of Genesis 10:8-12 which was established on the subjugation of nations by warfare]. For you have said in your heart, "I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High". Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.'
The beast rises over the multitudes (or sea) of UN member states through a block vote of ten members who once formed the empire of Imperial Rome. We know this is so because these ten horns are ALREADY crowned.
Revelation 17:12-18, 'And the ten horns which you saw are ten rulers—the "Black Nobility" of the ancient royal houses of Europe; who will receive power one hour along with the beast. These have a common policy, and shall give their UN votes to the beast.
These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
And he said unto me, "The waters which you saw, over which the whore is enthroned, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. [It's the UN. This is Rome, ruling the NWO]. And the ten horns which you saw upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. [We have the picture of the nuclear destruction of Rome in Revelation 18:6-20].
For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil His will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, UNTIL the words of God shall be fulfilled. And the woman which you saw is that great city, which reigns over the kings of the earth".'
Vatican City State is a member of the UN. The beast of Revelation 13:1 is the Papal kingdom that must arise out of the USA in the NEAR FUTURE. And although New York City is presently the headquarters of the UN, according to Daniel they will move their headquarters to Jerusalem.
In Revelation 12:3 the seven crowns were on the seven heads of the beast and as we'll see, placed the time as the days of Christ, and identified the beast as Imperial Rome.
According to Revelation 13:1, Lutheran, Baptist, Anglican, Methodist, AOG and the apostate denominations of all seven Church Ages might all be called blasphemous names because they've usurped the authority of God's Word by their creeds and made Rome, and vicariously, the dragon, Satan, their lord instead of Jesus Christ.
When Jesus asked the Jews why they were about to stone Him, they said, 'For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because you, being a man, make yourself God' (John 10:32-33). Blasphemy is impious speech such as for a man to declare himself God. But let's see how Brother Branham identified them to John who types the end-time Bride.
Revelation 17:1-3, 'One of the seven angels which had the seven vials [that was Brother Branham], and talked with me, saying, "Come hither; I will show you the judgment of the great whore that is enthroned over all peoples of the earth: With whom the rulers of the earth have committed idolatry, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her spiritual fornication". So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of blasphemous TITLES having seven heads and ten horns'.
The woman is Rome, seated on or CONTROLLING the final development of the fourth Gentile empire.
Revelation 17:4-7, 'And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and bedecked with gold and precious stones and pearls, holding a golden cup in her hand full of detestable offenses and the impurity of her idolatrous worship: And upon her forehead was inscribed a name with symbolic meaning: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF IDOLATRESSES AND OF THE FILTH AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs who witnessed for Jesus: and when I saw her, I utterly shocked. And the angel to Laodicea said, "Why are you so amazed? I will explain to you the symbolism of this mysterious woman, and of the beast that carries her, which has seven heads and ten horns".'
Brother Branham proceeds to identify the woman and the beast. Revelation 17:8-11, 'The beast that thou saw was once a great power, and is no more but it shall ascend out of the bottomless pit and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the Book of Life ['Zoe'—God's Own Life] from the foundation of the world [in other words, those who are physical and/or spiritual Serpent's seed], when they behold the beast (or power) that once was, and is no longer, and yet is. [The universal dominion of a revived Roman Empire].
The meaning of this mystery can only be understood by the mind which has the wisdom imparted by the Holy Spirit. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. They are also seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he comes, he must continue a but short space of time. And the beast that once was, and is now is no more, he is the eighth ruler, but he is of the seven, and goes into perdition".'
This is the revival of the Roman empire and ALL the world WITHOUT the Holy Spirit shall wonder. Let's examine these rulers of verse 10:-
Five were fallen—Julius Caesar, Augustus, Tiberius, Caligula, Claudius, one was ruling at the start of the first or Ephesian Church Age—Nero (the last relative of the Caesars under whose reign Vespasian commenced the siege of Jerusalem Jesus prophesied in Matthew 24:15-21), and one was yet to come—Galba (who reigned seven months and six days). Seven Roman emperors. (William Branham, The Mark of the Beast, p. 34:253-256; The Revelation of the Seven Seals, p. 219:2-6).
Blasphemous TITLES were said to be upon each of these seven heads. Augustus from his accession called himself 'son of the divine Julius,' and all of his successors except Claudius and Vespasian had followed his example. Four were declared divine at death by the Roman Senate. Caligula claimed to be all of the gods at once and determined to defile the temple at Jerusalem, while Claudius anticipated the action of the Senate by using the title 'DIVUS' on coins in his own lifetime. (In the eastern provinces the coins bore the Greek word 'THEOS'). Nero's 'enthusiasm for art made his flatterers hail him as Apollo' M. Cary et al. (eds.), The Oxford Classical Dictionary, Oxford: Clarendon, 1949, p. 604) and coins were struck commending him as Appolos or Helios, and 'Saviour of the World' (R. Mounce, The Book of Revelation, revised edition, Grand Rapids: Eerdmans, 1998, p. 245).
What more perfect type could we have for 'the eight who is of the seven and goes to perdition.' (The rulers of the other three Gentile empires likewise claimed the attributes of God). The beast who embodies all the evil attributes of those before him is Satan incarnate in the Pope. His blasphemous title is 'VICARIVS FILII DEI', meaning Vicar (substitute) for the Son of God (Revelation 13:18). This is indeed a blasphemous name for it is usurping the office of the Holy Spirit. Jesus said, 'I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you . . . the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost will come in My Name' (John 14:18, 26).
II Thessalonians 2:3-4, 'Let nobody deceive you by any means: for the day of the Lord shall not come, until the apostasy of the church comes, and that man of sin be disclosed, the SON OF PERDITION; Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he actually sits in the temple of God, proclaiming his divinity'.
Do you see what a perfect type of the Pope and the coming beast those seven emperors were? 'Son of perdition'/'Son of the divine Julius.' He is of the seven but he does not 'fall' as they do and will be cast into the Lake of Fire by the Lord (Revelation 19:20).
So you see in Revelation 12:3, the ten horns had not been crowned in the days of Jesus, because they crowns were on the heads of Rome's 'divine' emperors.
Revelation 17:12-13, 'And the ten horns which you saw are ten rulers which had received no dominion in John's day; but they shall receive absolute power (as kings) one hour along with the beast. These have one mind, and shall deliver their power and strength unto the beast'.
These ten nations or provinces of the old empire receive power together with the beast because of their common purpose to constrain Communism causes them to covenant in a united vote in the UN. They receive but no royal dominion. They are the presidents of emperors of the five Eastern and five Western toes of the image of Daniel 2.
Revelation 17:14-16, 'These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they with him are called, and elected, and faithful. And Brother Branham said, "The waters which you saw, over which the whore is enthroned, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues." [This is the NWO or universal dominion of the Roman Catholic church]. "And the ten horns which you saw upon the beast, these shall hate the idolatrous woman, and shall lay her waste and desolate, and strip her naked, and shall utterly devour her, and burn her with fire".'
After Rome breaks her agreement with Jewry, the ten nations which gave her her power will become Communist and destroy Rome. As the whole nation of Israel, ALL 144,000 of them will be born in one day (Isaiah 66:8) so Rome will receive her plagues in one day when Vatican City State is bombed.
Revelation 18:8, 'All her afflictions and calamities shall come upon her in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly consumed with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judges her.' [And we read in Revelation 18:16-20 how the seamen watch from afar for fear of atomic radiation].
Revelation 17:17-18, 'For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil His purpose, through their support for the beast, until the prophetic words of God shall be fulfilled. And the woman that you saw is that great city, which dominates and controls the rulers of the earth'.
It's quite plain from Revelation 17 when it's paraphrased that Rome WILL rule the world as Daniel foretold.
Revelation 12:15, 'And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood'.
After the Covenant is confirmed by the ministry of God's prophets in the first half of Daniel's Seventieth Week, the beast breaks his covenant with Israel in the midst of its term and forces the mark of the Beast (Daniel 9:27). He kills the two prophets of God; Rome then sends her armies to kill all God-fearing, Word-abiding Jews. But as they come against the city to destroy it, there will appear in the heavens the sign of the Christ's parousia. After three and a half days the two prophets resurrect and visibly ascend to heaven. A mighty earthquake swallows the army as the Red Sea swallowed the forces of Pharaoh, and the 144,000 are born-again. We find this in Revelation 11:3, 7-13 and in Revelation 12:16-17, 'And the earth helped the woman, the ground opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth. And the dragon was enraged at the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ'.
The Fifth Seal Jews had asked WHEN God would avenge their blood. The Lord replied, AFTER the two prophets and the 144,000 are killed he would pour out the plagues of judgment. Revelation 6:11 is fulfilled through in Revelation 12:17 with the martyrdom of the elect and Armageddon.
Three woes followed the third angel's Message to Laodicea. The first one happened in World War I, that was Fascism; the second happened in World War II, Nazism. Revelation 11:14, 'The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe comes quickly'. That's Communism. Now we're moving up to World War III. After Rome breaks her covenant, Communism will destroy her and the United States, then Armageddon will destroy all life on earth. Spiritual food in due season! Now, go forth, prove all things.
