Is the Pope Catholic?
David Yallop's famous book, In God's Name (Bantam), emonstrated the culpability of the present Pope in covering-up Vatican banking scandals of the 1970s by blatant lies, and providing scores of millions of dollars to finance the Solidarity rebellion in Poland against Rome's Communist (i.e. Jewish) enemy.
". . . expressing shock and dismay over this Pope's openly declared doctrine that all religions everywhere were founded by the same God, and that Hindus, Buddhists, Moslems, Jews and others are equally legitimate parts of the overall "Body of Christ," Roman Catholic Newsletter, Auxilium Christianorum, said: "Pope John Paul II, the Vicar of Christ on Earth, is the primary mover and organizing force behind these sins against the true God . . . the universal apostasy is upon us."
"A Day of Infamy . . . A great offense against the sovereign Majesty of the only true God," wrote Bernard Fellay, Superior General of the Society of Saint Pius X, referring to the once "infallible" representative of Christ, Pope John Paul II (Auxilium Christianorum, Advent 1999 edition, p. 1).
Pope John Paul II Excommunicated??
US Catholic Magazine (December, 1999), reported a splinter group of old-line Catholics recently held a conclave in Montana. They excommunicated Pope John Paul II and elected a "new pope," Father Lucian Pulvermacher, formerly a Capuchin priest. Pulvermacher was crowned as "His Holiness Pope Pius XIII."
However . . . the vast majority of the planet's one billion Catholics adore and love their "Holy Father." . . . through his popularity and compromises, John Paul II has brought into his fold hundreds of millions of new admirers from every possible false religion, faith, and sect. He is also successfully merging together the fading, old Protestant church, with his new type of "Catholicism." Billy Graham, Pat Robertson, Paul Crouch, Oral Roberts, and almost all other top leaders now recognize the Pope's authority. As the Pope himself has proudly trumpeted, all the "seeds of God's religions" are uniting into one. And His Deadly Wound was Healed.
Alexander Hislop, in his classic book, The Two Babylons, proved the Catholic Church is merely a pale imitation of ancient Babylon.

Israel says Vatican interfering in Peace Talks
Jerusalem February 15, 2000 (Reuters) — Israel accused the Vatican of interfering in its peace talks with the Palestinians by signing an accord with the PLO that cautioned Israel to refrain from unilateral decisions affecting Jerusalem.
"The agreement . . . is an interference in the negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians and we are sorry about this," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement on the agreement which denounced "unilateral decisions" on Jerusalem as "morally and legally unacceptable." Palestinian President Yasser Arafat discussed Middle East peacemaking with Pope John Paul in Rome while their delegations signed the agreement containing 12 articles dealing mostly with the Vatican's interests in Palestinian-ruled areas.
The agreement was the most significant development in the Palestine Liberation Organization's relations with the Vatican since official ties were established in 1994. It came ahead of a historic visit by the pope to areas under Israeli and Palestinian control scheduled to begin on March 21.
Israel, which annexed Arab East Jerusalem shortly after capturing it in the 1967 Middle East war in a move not recognized internationally, has agreed to discuss the future of what it calls its "united and eternal capital" as part of peace talks with the Palestinians launched in 1993. Pentagon Study finds China preparing for War
Washington Times, February 2, 2000 — Strategic writings by China's military and party leaders show that China is making plans for war, according to a new Pentagon study. Some 600 translations of internal Chinese writings by 200 authors reveal China's strategy to defeat a superior foe, using both military and nonmilitary means, such as propaganda, deception and covert action. They also reveal the extreme distrust of the United States by China's military and party leaders. Chinese generals state that the United States intentionally bombed the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, last May as part of a long-term strategy to prompt an arms race that will cause China's collapse.
The Chinese statements from the mid-1990s through last year discuss issues normally couched in secrecy inside China.
They appear in the book, China Debates the Future Security Environment, published last month for the Pentagon's Office of Net Assessment, the unit in charge of long-range planning. The translations were edited by Michael Pillsbury, a defense policy planner in the Reagan administration who is fluent in Chinese.
The official Chinese views from Communist Party and military officials contradict other claims by the Beijing government that China poses no threat to the United States or other nations.
Chinese strategists plan to use a combination of Marxist-Leninist doctrine and ancient Chinese tactics against the United States, which is compared in Chinese military writings as a "hegemon" on a par with Nazi Germany.
Gen. Li Jijun, described as one of China's most distinguished military authors, states that the United States engineered the collapse of the Soviet Union and the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait as a "strategic misdirection" or deception.
Other Chinese authors state the United States is working covertly to "dismember" western China, namely Tibet and Xinjiang.
The report is a public document, but the Pentagon is limiting its distribution, presumably because of its stark disclosures of Chinese military thinking.
According to the book, the late Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping set the current military strategy for dealing with the world's only superpower in the slogan "bide our time and build up our capabilities."
A key debate among Chinese military and party writers is how rapidly the United States will decline, a view based on the Marxist ideas on the collapse of capitalism.
The book quotes Gen. Xiong Guankai, the Chinese deputy chief of staff for intelligence, who finished three days of Pentagon meetings last week, as one of China's hard-line theorists.
"Any efforts for seeking hegemony and world domination can only result in accumulating contradictions and fermenting war," Gen. Xiong was quoted as saying in a speech at Harvard University.
Chinese plans also discuss means of taking out US aircraft-carrier battle groups. Chinese writer Ying Nan says the groups have numerous vulnerabilities.
. . . China now seeks to avoid head-on confrontation until around 2030, when the Chinese expect US power to decline significantly.
However, a war between China and the United States could erupt over Taiwan, according to the Chinese authors. Strategist Gao Hen wrote a US defense of Taiwan would cause a major war of "global and historic implications."
China also plans electronic attacks on computer networks.
"We can make the enemy's command centers not work by changing their data system," wrote Maj. Gen. Pan Junfeng. "We can cause the enemy's headquarters to make incorrect judgments by sending disinformation. Full Story: washtimes.com
'Net Censorship
Through His prophet Hosea, God said, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge..." godly knowledge to know what the Bible means and to turn your back on whatever is not exactly with the Word.
The reformation of the Roman Catholic system of worship, spearheaded by Martin Luther, became unstoppable because it coincided with the development of printing, enabling fast, inexpensive and widespread dissemination of the Bible knowledge God had revealed through Luther's faith. Luther was such a prolific writer, he published a new book each fortnight, and most of the printing capacity was absorbed in publishing his popular writings.
Knowledge is power and in order to maintain its hold on power the Establishment have always restricted access to hidden knowledge as the ancient priests held the keys to science and mathematics by controlling education. When one nation defeated another, they destroyed their libraries or proscribed certain knowledge as when Rome destroyed the great library at Alexandria. For centuries the Catholic church burned books contrary to her dogma, and until Communist-loving Pope Paul VI, they maintained an Index of Banned Books whose authors were excommunicated. In Russia it is a capital crime to possess The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion and in Germany, Hitler destroyed books on the occult, and banned secret societies.
Today, censorship of knowledge is achieved by means of H.G. Wells' "open secret". By establishing foundations, professional, academic and scientific associations which they control through funding, the hidden hand that rules the Establishment, programs our thinking (or lack thereof), by determining the curricula and prescribing the books that must be studied. Books that treat science and history according to their standards of "truth". In this way they train a generation of "useful idiots" to produce a tribe tailored to suit their plan. Today's youth need have no illusion of a bright future in the new totalitarian world of massive depopulation and serfdom planned by the Club of Rome, UN, Bilderbergers, etc., for their tomorrow.
Regarding the Protocols, Henry Ford said, "they sure explain what's been going on". They put forth a policy of controlling information by owning the production, publishing and distribution of knowledge and entertainment internationally. Books that present and verify true facts of science, history and religion, exposing the lies and disinformation of the powers-that-be, are not generally available from regular book shops. Should they to find their way into a public library, they mysteriously disappear. Any student daring to write his thesis or assignment based on this knowledge will be failed, like Copernicus or Galileo, so these publications cannot succeed financially or small numbers circulate among the true believers.
One way or another, the Establishment censors truth. This is to be expected because Satan, their prince, offered the Presidency of the coming NWO to Jesus if He would give him worship due only to God. And Satan is the father of lies.
The Establishment once insisted the Sun revolves around Earth, and that Earth was flat. Today they would have us believe a holocaust of six million "Jews" (when there were at most 1.5 million within radius of Hitler's power). Because common sense rejects this (technically impossibility), they impose laws against dissenters.
We are made to believe the scientifically impossible Greenhouse Effect whereby heavier-than-air gases from the Northern Hemisphere rise above the atmosphere and travel all the way to the South Pole where they destroy the ozone layer. But we must not believe that the US government massacred innocent law-abiding citizens at WACO. Or that in November, 1978 the CIA shot and strangled 700 misguided US citizens at "Jonestown", Guyana. Is there truly a Santa Claus? And was the God of Moses, Jesus and Paul a "Trinity"? All of it is thought control!
Praise God! Who in the end of the Ages, has given us the Internet, a powerful tool which makes publication and sourcing of the truth of the Ages available from our own home. This must be stopped! It will be stopped, or controlled in some way.
Remember, Australians and New Zealanders are human guinea pigs for what is planned for the US. Redeem the time whilst the Internet is relatively free. We already have 'net censorship in Australia via legislation drafted by the ADL of B'nai B'rith, whose feigned concern is the danger of exposing children to pornography . . . like that presented in their filthy pop music, Hollywood movies, TV, magazines and books . . . but without their percentage. This is a ploy to get their foot in the door. These evils are all condoned by their most holy book, the Babylonian Talmud. They fear truth. Light exposes Darkness.
If they can't censor knowledge immediately, they can restrict its availability by increasing the cost of Internet access and web hosting, perhaps using 'net fraud as an excuse to license authors and publishers or license the 'net to big players from their tribe with broad band technology, and who will filter content.
Plausible reasons will be devised to exclude access to truthful information deemed by the Establishment "inconvenient". Knowledge is power. Quoting from The Ancient Art of War by Sun Tzu, "Without giving battle, without spilling a drop of blood, without even drawing a sword, the clever General succeeds in capturing cities. Without setting foot in a foreign Kingdom, he finds the means to conquer them. He acts in such a way that those who are inferior to him can never guess his intentions. He has them change location, even taking them to rather difficult places where they must work and suffer. When a clever General goes into action, the enemy is already defeated. When he fights, he alone must do more than his entire army, not through the strength of his arm but through his prudence, his manner of commanding, and above all his ruses." Such knowledge is the mark of Cain and his vicarious father (Ezekiel 28:12; I John 3:12).
After "hackers" raided Yahoo and other sites on the 'net. A Subscriber writes, "I have a very strong feeling the FBI will NOT find those 'hackers' because I feel the government's own people are doing it. The ABC reported FBI claims of 'Limited personnel and resources, and the likelihood of hackers having superior equipment prevents them from taking any action.' Yet a different radio station said, 'The Justice Department has issued a statement saying that recent Internet "attacks" could lead to the necessity of tighter Internet security.' Internet policing in other words. This scares me. It seems like our last free resource for trading information and searching for truth WILL be taken from us. The media is gone, the newspapers (save a precious few) and magazines are gone but the Internet is still free to get across any message that you want. All the government needs is a few good reasons to tighten security on the Internet, move in on it and once they get their grip its all over with."

UN to seek Permits for 'problematic' Websites?
Geneva (AP) February 16, 2000 — The US could do more to curb the use of the Internet for racist material while upholding freedom of speech, experts said at a UN meeting Wednesday.
"New forms of communications technology such as the Internet are being used to support the dissemination of racial hatred," Mary Robinson, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, told participants in a three-day seminar on racism. (Poor, blind Mary should read the Talmud on the 'net if she wants to learn about "dissemination of racial hatred" – Ed).
Speakers noted the legal challenges of controlling Internet content in, and originating from, the United States, where the First Amendment of the Constitution guarantees freedom of speech. There are an estimated 250 to 400 self-proclaimed "hate groups" in the United States with their own Web sites. ["Self' is the Simon Wiesenthal center for Hatred – Ed].
The Los Angeles-based Simon Wiesenthal Center, whose monitors follow links from hate groups' Web sites, said last year about 2,000 sites had surfaced as "problematic," for example, offering instructions for bomb-making or extolling the [Jew-established ADL-controlled Masonic-]Ku Klux Klan. [If one disagrees with the Wiesenthal's "hate specialists", one is off their Bar Mitzvah lists. Better to agree with God's Word and truth and be on the Lamb's Book of Life – Ed].
"The United States has developed into a safe haven for racists spreading their word worldwide by using the Internet," Swiss-based information technology law expert David Rosenthal [another one from the same non-Semitic tribe – Ed] said in a paper submitted to the conference, which started Wednesday.
European countries, most of which outlaw racist speech, say most racist and hate sites are made available in or through the United States, he said.
Although the US government cannot ban racist speech outright, it could impose "reasonable restrictions," such as requiring a permit that would force publishers to identify the content of their sites, Rosenthal argued.
A possible strategy to deal with Internet hate sites could be based on whether they amount to discrimination, an area where US law is strict, he said.
Free Speech to be denied in UK Too?
Pending the outcome of David Irving's case against Deborah Liagsadt, legislation similar to German laws will make it a crime to deny or debate the holocaust figures or circumstances. If passed, such a law would negate Magna Carta, the Bill of Rights and all rights of free speech guaranteed to all Englishmen by the Monarch in perpetuity (the-strategy.com/).
Notice: Those behind efforts to strangle freedom of information and expression are past masters of racist hatred and bigotry and belong to the same tribe, and it ain't one of Israel's Twelve.
As Jewish traitor, US President Woodrow Wilson (Wolfsohn) said, ". . . some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it" (Woodrow Wilson, The New Freedom, Doubleday, Page & Co. 1913, pp. 13-14).
These non-Semitic people can not settle the land stolen in 1948 from the Semitic Hebrew and Arab peoples. Having no inheritance on earth the International Jew has to wander (Genesis 4:12). History records how they have made themselves a curse wherever they have wandered since leaving their origins in lower Mongolia. Whenever their hosts have treated them kindly, they manifested the "enmity" God placed between them and Adam's race (Genesis 3:15). At one time or another they have been evicted from every European Kingdom, and the early statesmen of new frontiers like America and Australia have warned against them.
We live in the end-time when God's Word and Satan's lies climax. Our only weapon of offense is the Sword of the Spirit which is the revealed Word of God and Truth. Arm yourselves with the Word of the hour. Save or print the Truth. But don't just "file" It, make sure you understand what It means and apply It to your life.
This present world order is NOT our home. God unfolded the PRESENT Truth and disseminated It world-wide via the 'net. This alone can baptize you into the Body of Christ in today. This alone will put you in the rapture and take you to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb in the Sky, whilst the children of DARKNESS vie for possession of the material world, martyring the foolish virgin and 144,000 elect Israelites.
The mark of Cain is the mark of the beast. It is devilish cunning against the revealed Word of God and truth in general. Jesus spoke against lawyers of his day who divided the Word of righteousness and Truth for their gain. At the end of the ages these self-styled International "Jews" who are unrelated to Abraham, Isaac or Jacob, and have no history in or claim to Palestine, are lying to destroy the nations of the world, steal their resources and bring them under the power of International Law — their great wisdom against the faith.
Is it any wonder they regard we Goyim or "human cattle" with disdain? Our once Christian nations have rejected the One true God and the grace offered through our Kinsman Redeemer, compromising His Word to accommodate their lies, surrendering our sovereignty to thugs at their UN. Our kings, presidents and prime ministers serve these people without inheritance. Their Satanic guile has ensured their INTERNATIONAL LAW IS THE SUPREME LAW OF OUR LANDS.
They will introduce draconian legislation such as mentioned above. Our nations will submit. We will be fearful even to speak against evil above a whisper, because INTERNATIONAL LAW IS THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND. This is the present situation in Canada, Germany, France and Australia.
They will replace courts where one is innocent until proven guilty with tribunals where one must prove innocence. Tribunals wherein "Truth is no defense."
However the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, and we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against spiritual powers who rule the DARKNESS of this world, against spiritual wickedness now exposed in Message circles.
By faith in the revealed Word of God and prayer, which baptize us into Christ Who has already overcome, we share His victory. That faith will manifest the Sons of God, change us in the atoms and translate us to the Wedding Supper in the Sky.
How Should We Pray?
In Revelation chapter one, there were seven stars in the right hand of the Lord Jesus. These stars represented the seven angels or messengers God sent to seven successive Church Ages. The right hand symbolizes they were completely under His control. Drawing their current, their Light from Him. Every true servant of God is the same way.
What was planted in the first Age would develop in the second age, and in all other ages, until it comes to maturity and harvest. God's law of reproduction states that every seed brings forth of its own kind. The Word mixed with faith will produce Sons to God; traditions of men will bear the children of disobedience. Thus in the Smyrnean Age we expect an enlargement and enlightenment of the church corporate's history through a revelation of the Spirit.
In this Age, the hatred of the false vine increases. We see from Revelation 2:9, they have separated themselves from the company of the true. They went out from them. They were liars. They called themselves what they are not. But did God destroy them? No. "Let them alone and both will go to the harvest."
"But Lord they should be destroyed, for they are destroying your people. They're killing them."
"No, let them alone. But to My Bride I say, Be thou faithful unto death. Love Me even more."
We learn in no uncertain terms that this false vine is the vine of Satan. Their gathering is of him. They meet in the Name of God and lie that they are Christ's. They preach, they teach, they baptize, they worship, they partake of various rites given by Jesus to the church, yet they are not of God. But since they say they are, God will hold them responsible and in each age He speaks of them and to them.
They remind us exactly of Balaam. He had the prophetic office. He knew the proper approach unto God as demonstrated in the sacrifice of the clean beasts. Yet he was not a true Word prophet, for when God told him not to honor Balak with his presence, he sought to go anyway, for he was motivated by his lust for gold and prestige. So God let him go. The perfect will of God gave way to the permissive will of God.
Because of the "heart desire" of Balaam, God actually said, "Go ahead." But did God change His mind? No sir. God had His way, regardless of Balaam going. Balaam did not annul the will of God. God had His way regardless. It was Balaam who was the loser, for he by-passed the Word. And today we have that very same thing. Women preachers, organization, false doctrine, etc., and people worshiping god, manifesting in the Spirit, and going right on as did Balaam, claiming that God has spoken to them — even when the commission received is opposite to the revealed Word. And I won't deny that God spoke to them. But it was just like when He spoke to Balaam that second time.
He knew that Balaam wanted his own heart desire above the Word and He gave it to him, yet in the end having His own way. So is it today, God tells folks to go ahead in their own hearts' desires, for they've already rejected the Word. BUT THE WILL OF GOD WILL BE DONE REGARDLESS. Amen.
I hope you see this. It'll not only clear up much of what is seen in all ages, but will especially help in this last age, which has so much manifestation and external blessings, when the whole period is so against the "Word-Revealed-Will" of God.
If ever an age received a message loud and clear, Smyrna did. It was, and is, that Old Testament truth, "The son of the bondwoman will distress the son of the free woman, until the son of the bondwoman be cast out." That lets us know, that the hatred and blasphemy of Satan, against the true Christian, will be vented through a group who are nominal, false christians, and this will increase until god uproots that false vine at the end of the Laodicean Age.
The Messenger to the Smyrnean Age was Irenaeus, a mighty man of God who was militant against any form of organization. Also, his life history, wherein he served the Lord, was one of much manifestation in the Holy Spirit; and the Word was taught with unusual clarity and conformity to its original precepts. His churches in France were known to have the gifts of the Spirit among them, for the saints spoke in tongues, prophesied, raised the dead, and healed the sick by the prayer of faith. He saw the danger of any kind of organized brotherhood among the elders, pastors, etc. He stood solidly for a unified, Spirit-filled, gift-manifesting local church. And God honored him for the power of God manifested among the saints. Not among some special priesthood, among the saints or the ordinary members of the congregation.
Of course Irenaeus was clear on his understanding of the Godhead. The trinity doctrine was not introduced into Christianity until over 100 years after the death of this great saint.
When Jesus was upon earth He came as the Lamb, and as the Prophet. But when He came back upon the Church by His Spirit, He became the Teacher. And to every age we hear the same truth. "He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches of each age." Only a Spirit-filled man, can hear the revelation for his Age. None other can. No sir, they cannot. That's exactly what Paul said in I Corinthians 2:6-16. This ought to make you rejoice.
There's a most peculiar doctrine in the air that's causing much misunderstanding and hard feelings. For when the Pentecostals say you must speak in tongues, or you haven't been baptized with the Holy Ghost, they're either denying that great men like Knox, Moody, Taylor, Goforth and others received the Holy Ghost, or saying that they all secretly spoke in tongues, and were not aware of what was going on. Now that's not true. No sir. That's gross error. Tongues are not the evidence of being Spirit-filled. It is simply one of the nine manifestations mentioned in I Corinthians 12. There's no Scripture that says you receive the Holy Spirit speaking in tongues, or that you receive the Holy Spirit by speaking in tongues. But it does say that "after they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, they spoke in tongues," and later on it says that they prophesied.
Today, amongst many, it's taken for granted, that all who claim to receive the Holy Ghost by speaking in tongues, speak in a genuine Spiritual tongue. But this is not so, for many people speak in a known tongue but under the influence of a wrong spirit. Now let's say we're in a meeting, and people are all speaking in tongues. How can you know which tongue is from the Spirit, and which is from the devil?
There's something in the Word about this very subject that they ignore completely — I Corinthians 13. It mentions tongues of men and angels. These would be known and unknown tongues. Modern Pentecostals say that they can receive the Holy Ghost speaking in unknown or angelic tongues. They have the cart before the horse, for in Acts 2 the people spoke in a perfect dialect which even unbelievers heard and understood.
Now when God's silent we'd better be silent. But where He has spoken we had better speak, too, and say what He's already ;said. He told us the evidence, or what would happen after being baptized with the Holy Ghost was that we would have the Teacher come and teach all truth. But that Teacher was an inside teacher, not an outside teacher. If the Spirit wasn't inside, you wouldn't hear the truth, and receive it by revelation, if you heard it every moment of the day. That was the sign of the indwelling Spirit in the days of Paul. Those who were filled with the Holy Ghost heard the Word, received It, and lived by it. Those who did not have the Spirit, heard it only as carnal men, put a wrong interpretation on it, and went into sin.
In every Age, (and every Age is the age of the Holy Ghost for the true believer) — I say, in every age the evidence was the same. Those who had the Spirit, the Teacher, heard the Word, and that Spirit in them took the Word and taught it, (revealed it) to them. They were of the group that heard the messenger, and his message, and took It, and lived It.
"He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches of each Age." In every age it was the same cry. Hear what the Spirit says. If you're a Christian, you'll get back to what the Spirit is teaching, that is, the Word for this hour. Every messenger to every Age will preach that Word. Every fresh and true revival, will be because men have gone back to the Word for their day. The cry of every age is the rebuke, "You have left the Word of God. Repent, and come back to the Word." From the first book in the Bible (Genesis), to the last book (Revelation), there's only one reason for God's displeasure—leaving the Word; and there is only one remedy to regain His favor—back to the Word.
In the Ephesian Age, in Smyrna, and in every age we contemplate we will see that this is true. And in the Laodicean Age which was the last age, we find the blackout of the Word, the complete apostasy, ending in the great tribulation.
If you're true seed, if you're truly baptized with the Holy Ghost, you'll esteem His Word above your necessary meat, and yearn to live by every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.
This is my earnest prayer for all of us; may we hear what the Spirit's bringing from the Word for us today.
Each of us were foreigners, aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise. Not being Israelites descended from Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and living in Israel, we have no part in the Covenant God made with Moses. So long as we're not born-again, we're strangers to the love of God, and from the New Covenant: "Without Christ, having no hope, and without God in the world" (Ephesian 2:12).
To know Him is to know what Love is. God is love. He so loved the world that He manifest Himself in the flesh of Jesus Christ to pay sin's penalty that we may be reunited to Him in Love (John 3:16).
The disciples asked an excellent question, when they asked Jesus, "Teach us how to pray" (Matthew 6; Luke 11). And the answer of the God of love is very instructive. But first I want you to notice He was teaching them how to pray. He was NOT teaching them a form of words to recite, but HOW to pray. Christians do not "say prayers" we pray. Jesus expressly told His disciples, "Don't use vain repetitions, as the HEATHENS do."
The Lord's Prayer, as it's known, was an INSTRUCTION as to how we should pray, NOT a form of words we should recite to God. We're to give Him adoration from the heart, not repeat by rote something we've learned. If we're born-again we are His children, He's our Father, and provided we're abiding in the Word, and ask according to His Will, (His Will IS His Word), we're only asking for what we ARE, [manifested Word], and He'll grant our requests.
We're to look forward to the day of the Lord and the Millennium, when the earth will be filled with the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. Before we confess our mistakes and solicit His favor, we must forgive those who've made mistakes against us. Then ask with thanks, knowing He's faithful, and that He knows the things of which we have need—even before we pray.
God is Love. We meet Him by faith or understanding in His Word. I was taught by a friend in Hong Kong to remember the elements of prayer Jesus taught His disciples by the word ACTS. A - Adoration, C - Confession, T - Thanks, and S - Solicitation.
If we expect God to answer our prayers, we pray in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, NOT Father, Son and Holy Ghost which are NO name at all but three of His many Offices or Titles. The Name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost is LORD JESUS CHRIST.nl110.htm
