"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea." - Psalm 46:1-2 (KJV)
Capt. Willie loves to write about his adventures on the water, and pass them along. He loves to spend time on the water in his boat The Cyn Mel Sue with his first mate Brittany the English Springer Spaniel. The ship is named after the Captains bride of 23 yrs, Cynthia, his oldest daughter Melanie, and his youngest daughter, Billie-Sue.
The Mrs. has been teaching for 14 years. She teaches at Cumberland Christian School. Oldest daughter Melanie a college student, has been singing gospel music for most of her life. She spent some time last year at Word of Life Bible College with a singing and drama team traveling the northern USA. Youngest daughter Billie-Sue is an avid horse rider. She works on a horse farm and is an expert rider. All the gang are top notch crabbers.
The girls always seem to outcrab and outfish their pop whenever they go out. The Capt. is a Corrections Officer at Bayside State Prison. He also coaches girls fastpitch softball (4 losses in 6 seasons) and boys soccer at the school where his wife teaches.
The Capt writes up all his sport contests and sends them around. The Capt. is hooked on writing. Please don't think the Capt. is bragging. He knows he is blessed. He likes to share his adventures with others, and even take out guests so they can enjoy the water. There are several old timers who enjoy his stories, and he picks their brains to get advice and stories from them. He has taken many local pastors and teachers, as well as several of his players, and their dads out for an adventure.
The Capt. loves to talk about crabs, he is a crab nut. He hopes you enjoy his stories, maybe they will bring back a memory of a day on the water you had.
