Ukraine: NATO in the Constitution
February 13, 2019 — The day after the signature of NATO's membership protocol with North Macedonia as its 30th member, Ukraine . . . included in its Constitution the engagement to enter officially into NATO and the European Union at the same time . . . The inclusion in the Ukrainian Constitution of the engagement to enter officially into NATO bears with it some very serious consequences . . . outlaws de facto any party or person who might oppose the "strategic decisions of the state" . . . should Ukraine officially join NATO, the 30 other members of the Alliance, on the basis of article 5 . . . would have to go to war with Russia.

US Navy challenges China in the South China Sea
February 12 — In its second provocative Freedom of Navigation operation in the South China Sea this year, the US Navy sent two guided missile destroyers yesterday . . . within the 12 nautical mile territorial limit claimed by China . . . ahead of a March 1 deadline by US President Trump for a deal to avert even more aggressive US trade war measures against China . . . intervention . . . designed to send a menacing message to Beijing that the US intends to step up its confrontation on all fronts unless China bows to its demands . . .
China's expansion of facilities in the South China Sea is in response to Washington's increasingly aggressive challenges to China's territorial claims and to the US military build-up in Asia, firstly under President Obama and now Trump. Comment: On March 1, 2018 the world learned of Russia's new weapons systems, said to be based on new physical principles. Addressing the Federal Assembly, Putin explained how they came to be: in 2002 the US withdrew from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty. At the time, the Russians declared that they will be forced to respond, and were basically told "Do whatever you want."
And so they did, developing new weapons that no anti-ballistic missile system can ever hope to stop . . . Without the shackles of the INF treaty, Russia will be able to fully neutralize the already obsolete and useless NATO and to absorb all of Europe into its security sphere. European politicians . . . will soon learn to appreciate the fact that good relations with Russia and China are an asset while any dependence on the US, moving forward, is a huge liability . . . It won't be a difficult decision for Europe's leaders to make.
On one pan of the scale there is the prospect of a peaceful and prosperous Greater Eurasia, from Lisbon to Vladivostok and from Murmansk to Mumbai, safe under Russia's nuclear umbrella and tied together with China's One Belt One Road. On the other pan of the scale there is a certain obscure former colony lost in the wilds of North America, imbued with an unshakeable faith in its own exceptionalism even as it grows ever weaker, more internally conflicted and more chaotic, but still dangerous, though mostly to itself, and run by a bloviating buffoon who can't tell the difference between a nuclear arms treaty and a real estate deal (RIP INF Treaty: Russia's Victory, America's Waterloo).
A Maidan Style Regime Change Operation might break out in Moldova?
February 13, 2019 — Moldova might well be on the edge of experiencing its own Maidan by the end of the month, judging by an uncharacteristically detailed warning that was just issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry ahead of the country's upcoming parliamentary elections on 24 February.
"Interference in the internal affairs of other countries has long become a familiar feature of Washington's foreign policy. This is seen particularly well in Venezuela, where the United States in fact is trying to stage a government coup. Its occupation of part of Syrian territory after unsuccessful attempts to topple a legitimate government in Damascus belongs here, too. Apparently, a similar scenario is being prepared for Moldova. As soon as he took office last autumn, (US Ambassador to Moldova Derek) Hogan became deeply involved in Moldova's internal processes.
He's been making public statements to support some politicians against others and issuing recommendations as to how to hold parliamentary elections. If the winner (of the upcoming elections) is disliked by Washington, the Moldovans will be threatened with the disruption of ties with the West and even a rerun of Ukraine's Maidan scenario. It is very distressing to see Moldova become another test site for such irresponsible experiments, which have already ruined Iraq and Libya and plunged Syria and Ukraine into the turmoil of bloody conflicts". . . Starving Venezuela into Submission
February 13, 2019 — You are so kind-hearted! I shed a tear thinking of American generosity. "So many delightful goodies: sacks of rice, canned tuna and protein-rich biscuits, corn flour, lentils and pasta, arrived at the border of troubled Venezuela—enough for one light meal each for five thousand people"—reported the news in a sublime reference to five thousand fed by Christ's fishes and loaves.
True, Christ did not take over the bank accounts and did not seize the gold of those he fed. But 21st century Venezuela is a good deal more-prosperous than 1st century Galilee. Nowadays, you have to organise a blockade if you want people to be grateful for your humanitarian aid.
This is not a problem. The US-UK duo did it in Iraq, as marvellous Arundhati Roy wrote in April 2003 (in The Guardian of old, before it turned into an imperial tool). After Iraq was brought to its knees, its people starved, half a million of its children killed, its infrastructure severely damaged . . . the blockade and war were followed by . . . you guessed it! Humanitarian relief. At first, they blocked food supplies worth billions of dollars, and then they delivered 450 tonnes of humanitarian aid and celebrated their generosity for a few days of live TV broadcasts. Iraq had had enough money to buy all the food it needed, but it was blocked, and its people received only some peanuts.
And this was rather humane by American standards . . . First, you starve people; then you bring them humanitarian aid. This was proposed by John McNaughton at Pentagon: bomb lochs and dams, by shallow-flooding the rice, cause widespread starvation (more than a million dead?) "And then we shall deliver humanitarian aid to the starving Vietnamese". Or, rather, "we could offer to do [that] at the conference table." Planning a million dead by starvation, in writing . . . But the story of the genocide of the Vietnamese is rarely mentioned nowadays. They did it in Syria, too. At first, they brought weapons for every Muslim extremist, then they blockaded Damascus, and then they sent some humanitarian aid, but only to the areas under rebel control . . . Comment: Two executives at the company that chartered the US plane that was caught smuggling weapons into Venezuela last week have been tied to an air cargo company that aided the CIA in the rendition of alleged terrorists . . . Venezuelan authorities announced that 19 rifles, 118 ammo magazines, 90 radios and six iPhones had been smuggled into the country . . . blamed the US government for the illicit cargo, accusing it of seeking to arm US—funded opposition groups . . . McClatchyDC received very little media attention despite . . . showing that the plane responsible for the shipment had been making an unusually high number of trips to Venezuela and neighbouring Colombia over the past few weeks (mintpressnews.com).
Democratic Lawmakers say US Military Action in Venezuela 'Not an Option'
February 14, 2019 — WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Democratic lawmakers on Wednesday said Congress would oppose US military intervention in Venezuela and challenged the credibility of President Donald Trump's special envoy, Elliott Abrams, over his past embrace of American covert action . . . Under US law, Congress—not the president—must approve foreign military action. At the hearing, Democrats on the committee pressed Abrams on his views on military intervention, but questions about his credibility provoked the most heated exchanges . . . Representative Ilhan Omar [asked] Abrams, "Would you support an armed faction within Venezuela that engages in war crimes, crimes against humanity or genocide if you believe they serve the US interests as you did in Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua?" The Myth of the US 'Knocking the Hell out of ISIS' in Syria
February 9, 2019 — ISIS is a US creation. So are al-Qaeda, its al-Nusra offshoot, and other terrorist groups—used by the Pentagon and CIA as proxy troops . . .
Days after his December pullout announcement, [Trump] claimed "ISIS is largely defeated." In January, he said we are "continuing to fight ISIS." After promising to "rapidly withdraw from Syria" in December, he U-turned saying a pullout "could leave American forces there for months or even years."
The US media do not wish to acknowledge . . .
- The US and its imperial partners support the scourge of ISIS and likeminded terrorist groups they pretend to oppose.
- Syria and Hezbollah forces, greatly aided by Russian airpower alone, are "knocking the hell out of ISIS," its ranks greatly diminished but not defeated.
- Turkey's Erdogan pretends to oppose the scourge he actively supports, giving ISIS and other terrorists safe haven in the country's territory,
letting them move freely back and forth cross border.On Wednesday, sources quoted by Sputnik News' Arabic-language website said around 1,500 terrorists entered Syria's Idlib province from Turkey in the last 48 hours—a flagrant Sochi Agreement violation . . . It's just a matter of time before the next staged CW false flag, a pretext for Pentagon-led warplanes to attack Syrian military sites, perhaps Damascus on the US target list as well. Comment: Looking at the Islamic State's astounding gains in Syria and Iraq in 2013-14, the question arises where did its recruits get all the training and state-of-the-art weapons that were imperative not only for hit-and-run guerrilla warfare but also for capturing and holding large swathes of territory in Syria and Iraq . . .
Moreover, it is clearly spelled out in the report that Syrian militants got arms and training through a secret command center known as the Military Operations Center (MOC) based in the intelligence headquarters' building in Amman, Jordan that was staffed by high-ranking military officials from 14 countries, including the US, European nations, Israel and the Gulf states to wage a covert war against Damascus (globalresearch.ca).
Malaysia & Ireland find You stand up for Palestinian Rights at Your Peril
January 31, 2019 — In a move consistent with the Palestinian call for boycott, divestment and sanctions, BDS, against Israel, the Malaysian government has refused entry visas to athletes representing Israel in the 2019 World Para Swimming Championships . . . "If hosting an international sporting event is more important than safeguarding the interests of our Palestinian brothers and sisters, than we have lost our moral compass."
Ireland too has shown that it is serious about supporting the rights of the Palestinian people . . . the Irish Lower House of parliament passed . . . the Control of Economic Activity (Occupied Territories) Bill, which penalizes anyone importing or selling goods or services originating in the Golan Heights, East Jerusalem or West Bank settlements . . . As this drama unfolded in Kuala Lumpur and Dublin, in Washington . . . the first bill proposed in 2019, includes a clause which would penalize companies who boycott Israel . . . S-1 passed with 74 senators voting in favour. A large majority of spineless politicians who care little for the rights or the lives of Palestinians and have lost what moral compass they may have had in the past.
There is a call to boycott the 2019 Eurovision song contest . . . to be held in Tel Aviv, and the Israeli Foreign Ministry is already hard at work trying to convince Europeans to ignore this call. Full story: mintpressnews.com
The Seventh Seal
In Luke 1:8-11 Zacharias ministered, "the people praying without at the time of incense." The incense of the golden altar within the Sanctuary was lit from fire taken from the atoning altar of burnt offering outside. Truth symbolised by incense is the merit of Christ's atoning sacrifice offered once for all "without the gate." Incense is symbolic of prayer, prayer accepted by God because of atonement is an appeal through faith. Psalm 141:2, "Let my prayer be set forth before You as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice." Truth accompanied by faith is the foundation of our prayers for the prayer of faith is revelation: Jesus said "If you abide in Me, and My Words abide in you, you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done unto you" (John 15:7).
Revelation 1:1-3, "The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave to Him [after His ascension (Matthew 24:36)] to show to His servants things which must shortly come to pass; and He sent and signified it by His angel [William Branham, Revelation 10:7] to His servant John, who bore record of the Word of God, and the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw [but not all that he heard]" (Revelation 10:4).
John represents Christ's end-time Bride throughout the Book of Revelation. We know this is so because the Seven Seals were not loosed until after Christ's mediation for the ignorance of the Church Age saints on the fullness of the Word. Once they were all born-again redemption was over and the Mercy Seat became a Judgment Seat (I Corinthians 13:10; Revelation 4; 5; 10:1-7).
In Revelation 3:15-22 Jesus foretold the apostasy of the world church system in Laodicea (1906 – 1963). As prophesied, the love of those who claim to be His espoused Bride is lukewarm: they are not in the Word. "Materially they are rich and have need of nothing, but spiritually they are wretched, and to be pitied—bankrupt of faith, blind to God's unchanging Word, naked of the Blood—and know it not".
Revelation 4:1-2, "After all seven Church Ages of PART-Word were over I looked, and behold, a door stood open in heaven (John 10:9; Revelation 3:8): and the first voice which I heard in (Revelation 1:10) as clear as if it were of a trumpet talking with me, said "Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after the Church Ages." And immediately I was in the Spirit: and behold, a throne was standing in heaven, and One sat on the throne" (Isaiah 6:1; Ezekiel 1:26-28; Daniel 7:9; Revelation 4:9). As Brother Branham was caught up from Sunset Mountain into the Pillar of Cloud on March 8, 1963 after the close of the Laodicean Church Age, Christ's end-time Bride was caught up in the rapture, represented in these verses by John. We are all one Body, and as Attributes of God foreknown before the foundation of the world we were represented in this "great Cloud of witnesses" (pictured right) that manifest publicly over Arizona on February 28, 1963 (Psalm 19:1; Hebrews 12:1, 22-23; Daniel 7:9; Revelation 1:14). Indeed every member of Christ's Bride of all Ages was present in theophany when, as "the Lion of the Tribe of Judah" the Lamb took the Book out of the right hand of Him that sat upon the Throne (Revelation 5:8-14). Now because Christ's end-time Bride was fully redeemed in Him on Calvary we do not require mediation for ignorance of the fullness of the Word since we receive the fullness through the revelation of the Seven Seals, and the 144,000 elect Israelites will receive the fullness through the revelation of their Seven Trumpet mysteries. So despite the fact redemption was already OVER, and many of us were not even conceived when the Lamb claimed the Book and loosed its Seals, we were foreknown in Christ's end-time Bride when God saw the Lamb slain before there was a world (Revelation 13:8).
With no Blood on the Altar the Mercy Seat is now a Judgment Seat but we are the Blood of Christ by the baptism with the Holy Ghost, for "the Life is in the Blood." Our presence makes earth a Mercy Seat so the wrath of God cannot strike the earth we are translated to the Wedding Supper in the air (II Thessalonians 2:6-7). The Door of exceeding Grace is still open to those who "prove all things to make their calling and election sure".
William Branham returned to his Church in Jeffersonville Indiana as commanded where he received The Revelation of the Seven Seals which he delivered to his Church from March 17-24, 1963. His Message is the "Shout" of I Thessalonians 4:16 which is the "Midnight cry" of Matthew 25:6 waking the sleeping virgins and calling the wise and foolish OUT from the Judaeo-Roman Catholic church and her (once) Protestant harlot daughter churches to meet the Bridegroom and come INTO "the unity of the faith for the manifestation of the Sons of God and the translation" (Ephesians 4:13; Romans 8:19; I Corinthians 15:50-52). His Message was confirmed by the heavenly Voice of Revelation 18:4, "Come out of her, My people, that you do not partake of her sins and receive not of her plagues".
Revelation 5:8-9, "And when He had taken the Book, the four living creatures and twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having harps, and golden vials full of incense [therefore the Vials were broad shallow bowls or censors]. As the sweet smell of the odours is pleasing to God it fitly represents the prayers [or faith of Christ in them]. And they sing a new song—one which neither they nor any others had sung before".
Revelation 8:1-2 "And when He had opened the Seventh Seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour." This period commenced on March 8, 1963; in 2019 it will equal Brother Branham's fifty-six years as he prophesied, "I'll ride this trail once more" (#65-0815, And Knoweth it Not, p. 32:259, 261; 56 = 7 — spiritual perfection or completion x 8 — super abundance)! The first Six Seals were signified by Old Testament symbols. The Seventh Seal reveals the mysteries of the voices of the Seven Thunders John was forbidden to write, the Spoken Word of the Seventh Angel's Message unfolds the revelations veiled in the written Six Seals showing whom God has redeemed and how they were redeemed in each Age. The Seven Trumpet angels that stand before God are not men but heavenly beings.
When the priest entered the Sanctuary with the incense, the people were all put out of the temple and from between the porch and the brazen altar. As we read in Luke 1:10, "the people praying [silently] without at the time of incense." This accords with Revelation 8:1, 3 and Revelation 15:8, "And the temple (Gk.) 'naos' was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from His power; and no man was able to enter into the Sanctuary, until the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled".
The Prophet explained, "And Jesus comes from Heaven with ten thousands times ten thousands of His Saints, and the Bible says that "the Heavens was empty for the space of a half hour." Where is this big fellow, God, then? Uh-huh. See? He's in Christ" (#60-1209 The Sardisean Church Age, p. 348:6; I Thessalonians 4:14; Jude 14-15). The priest avoided lengthening his stay within, lest those without should fear he had been struck dead for some defect in his offering (Leviticus 16:13). Hence the silence in heaven is only for a short space of time "and when Jesus had opened the Seventh Seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour."
Revelation 8:3-5 is a parenthesis. The Seals, Trumpets and Vials each trace the course of divine action up to the grand consummation in which they all meet, under a different aspect. "Voices and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake" close the Seven Thunders and the Seven Seals (Revelation 6:12-17; 8:5) along with the Christian dispensation. The revelation of the Seven Trumpet mysteries expounded by two prophets will call an election of 144,000 Israelites to recognize Christ's atonement. The Seventh Trumpet will open at the end of the Gentile dispensation with "lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail" (Revelation 11:15-19). The manifestation of the Seventh Vial will be concurrent with that of the Sixth Seal, the Seventh Trumpet, and with the earthquake that sinks Los Angeles.
Revelation 16:17-21, "And the seventh angel poured out his Vial into the air [for a fresh cleansing of the heavenly sanctuary and the final plague upon the world church system]; and there came a great Voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done!" This will END "the silence in heaven," terminate the Gentile dispensation and call the resurrection and translation of the saints (Revelation 15:8). It will be accompanied by "voices, and thunders, and lightnings, and a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. [It will sink a 1,500 x 300 – 400 mile segment of earth's, crust taking Los Angeles and part of California beneath the Pacific (Revelation 18:21-23)]. And the great city [Jerusalem] was divided into three parts (Revelation 16:19; Zechariah 14:1-2); [at this time the US mainland will be invaded: as in Israel the houses will also be plundered, and the women raped (#58-0108, The Handwriting on the Wall, p. 11:84-90; Isaiah 6:9-19; 3:6-16; Daniel 1:38-39; Joel 2:1-2)] and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon [Vatican City State] came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath" (Revelation 16:17-21; 17:16-18; 18:4-20).
"And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found (Jeremiah 4:24; Nahum 1:5; Revelation 6:14). And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a hundred pounds (Isaiah 54:10; Ezekiel 38:20-22; Revelation 11:19): and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was extremely severe".
Revelation 8:3-5 "And another angel [the seventh angel, William Branham, the man who veiled Christ] came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and a vast quantity of incense was given to him [from March 17-24, 1963] to mingle with the prayers of all saints [for we are one Body]".
The "vast quantity of incense" the Prophet is mingling with the prayers or revelations of all saints is the unwritten mystery uttered by the voices of the Seven Thunders of Revelation 10 "which God gave Jesus, to show to His servants things which must shortly come to pass; and He sent and signified it by His angel [William Branham] to His servant John [who represents Christ's end-time Bride" (Revelation 1:1; 3:14; 10:7; 14:8; 22:6, 9-10). This is "the huge portion of Heaven . . . [prophesied by Danny Henry which] . . . in itself is what will give and make come to pass the tremendous victory in the love Divine" (Paradox, p. 41:300-311). The Absolute Truth of this incense of THUS SAITH THE LORD given to their prayers (or revelations) indicates Divine acceptance of all saints "in the unity of the faith [of Jesus Christ]" (Ephesians 3:14).
Revelation 8:4-5, "And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand." Incense is symbolic of truthful prayer in an appeal through revelation. Here it is burned, not as in the morning, before, but in the evening time (Psalm 141:2; Zechariah 14:7; Matthew 24:27) after the sacrifice of praise," after the last member of Christ's Bride is redeemed (Matthew 4:4; John 6:51): His end-time Bride was fully redeemed in Christ on Calvary.
"And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it unto the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake".
The censer, having offered incense to heaven, is now used to hurl fire upon the earth (as in the parallel vision of Ezekiel 10:2-7 when the Man clothed with linen is bidden to "go in between the wheels, even under the cherub, and fill his hand with coals of fire from between the cherubims, and scatter them over the doomed city." So here the ashes fall as tokens of the coming judgments. Under the Sixth Trumpet the Israelites and their imposters were unrepentant (Revelation 9:18-21). Under the Sixth Seal at the close of the Trumpets (Revelation 11:19) and the Vials (Revelation 16:18), physical disturbances will accompany the manifestation of God's wrath and judgment in answer to the prayers of the Fifth Seal Israelites (Revelation 6:10).
Brother Branham said, "Now, notice, when the seven angels come forth to sound their trumpets, there was one thunder [Revelation 8:5]. When Israel was gathered, there was a trumpet [Matthew 24:31; I Corinthians 15:52; I Thessalonians 4:16; Revelation 11:15]. When time shall be no more, the last trumpet [Matthew 24:31; I Corinthians 15:52; I Thessalonians 4:16c; Revelation 11:15] . . . One thunder [Revelation 8:5], but here is seven straight thunders right in a row: one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, that perfect number [Matthew 25:6; I Thessalonians 4:16b; Revelation 8:1; 10:3-4; 7]. Seven thunders in a row, uttered not . . . making just—just one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, straight. Then heavens couldn't write that. Heavens can't know about it, nothing else, because there's nothing to go on. It's a relaxing time. [The revelation of the Seventh Seal takes us into the holy convocation of the antitype of the fiftieth day of Israel's Pentecostal Feast. Leviticus 23:16-21]. It was so great till it's kept secret from the angels."
"Now, why? If Satan should get a hold of it, he might do great damage. There's one thing he don't know. Now, he can interpret anything he wants to, and impersonate any kind of a gift (I hope you're learning), but he can't know this. It's not even written in the Word [i.e. Revelation 8:1, the Seventh Seal]. It's a total secret."
"The angels, everything shut up. If they made one move it might give something away, so they just shut up, quit harping; everything stopped."
"Seven, God's perfect number, Seven [Brother Branham knocks seven times on pulpit—Ed.] just right down the row. Seven thunders uttered straight together like they're spelling out something. Notice, at that time, John started to write, and He said, "Don't write it" [Revelation 10:4].
"Jesus never spoke of it. John couldn't write it. Angels know nothing about it. What is it? It's the thing that Jesus said even the angels of heaven didn't know nothing about it. See, see?
