The public is blaming everything on Covid-19 and variants generated in and transmitted by those who have been inoculated with DNA-changing mRNA or AstraZeneca 'gene therapies.' Covid 'flu is no more deadly than seasonal 'flu's it has replaced. People have been warned "the day you partake of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, that day you shall surely die." Seduced by sinful governments and unbelieving doctors they have tasted the low hanging forbidden fruit of Satan's wisdom contrary to God's unchanging Word. Fearmongering psychopaths have manipulated their minds coaxed 24/7 by taxpayer-funded propaganda and won true believers in deceit. Australia is leaving no stone unturned when it comes to demolishing the productive economy and the physical and mental health of Her Majesty's subjects. The entire city of Perth (population 2 million plus) was locked down after discovering one suspected coronavirus case fraudulently determined in late January by the PCR test that cannot diagnose disease. Eight months later another suspect case saw the lockdown of the capital city, Canberra (population 400,000 plus). Such insanity is just the tip of the Covid iceberg.
Australia is arguably the most locked-down nation on earth. More ominously, it is also one of the world's primary food baskets. After 18 months of socioeconomic disruptions, there is no labour to harvest so agricultural exports are headed for a slump. The situation is worse elsewhere. Food inflation is at a 10-year high in the US, with prices in September notching a 32.8% increase year-on-year.
FAMINE is coming and globally the dominoes are set to cascade. The seeds of absurdity can only bear fruit in fertile ground. Over decades Professor Mattias Desmet, clinical psychology professor at the University of Ghent in Belgium, has foreseen a hypnotized public embracing a new totalitarianism, made real by the COVID-19 psyop with unhealthy lockdowns, social distancing and loss of liberties as we follow Dante to the lowest depths of the Inferno where freedom is not a right but a 'service.' Our government is not our government, but a publicly-funded servant whose costs are socialized and whose profits reward multinational business partners.
Did you notice another sign in last week's Newsletter? Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò remonstrated against Pope Francis I for uniting the world's religions into one. The good man fails to understand that this was the objective of Vatican II we have trumpeted for forty years. The Judaeo-Roman Catholic church was never Christian at any time. Moses forbad co-mingling (Deuteronomy 7); Daniel 2:40-45, Jesus (Revelation 13) and Brother Branham (Revelation 18:4) prophesied this end-time Seed sign. This wickedness confirms we are at the end. And with Facebook, Amazon, Google, Yahoo Finance and possibly Apple introducing digital currency, Daniel 9:27 must hasten to defend the dollar; hence the Gentile dispensation must soon end.
I have long withheld our main article, "The Fourth Beast." Those we support display their determination to roll us into Lucifer's world government by any means. Earth-bound unbelievers anxiously write to preserve democracy that died decades ago. Governments take directions from aliens as with the fraudulent Covid hoax and plandemic—a sample of the insanity that will take over the world under the Seventh Vial when the Holy Spirit departs, taking His Wife Home for the Wedding Supper in the Air. The foolish virgin will not receive sufficient Oil of the Spirit to escape the tribulation. The 2,000-year Roman tribulation on Christ's Church (Revelation 7:9-17) will soon turn upon the Israelites for "the time of Jacob's trouble" (Jeremiah 30:7).

The Vaccine Death Report

October 17, 2021 — In the early 2000s, David Martin, Ph.D., founder of M-CAM International, started finding large numbers of patents that violate biological and chemical weapons laws.
In 1999, Dr. Anthony Fauci funded research to create 'an infectious replication-defective recombinant coronavirus.' In 2002, Ralph Baric, Ph.D. and colleagues at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, filed a patent on recombinant coronavirus, and within a year, we got the world's first SARS outbreak.
Since 1999, at least 4,000 patents involving coronavirus have been filed, including patents detailing key features of the so-called 'novel' SARS-CoV-2 virus. The 2001 anthrax attack, which came out of medical and defense research, led to the passage of the PREP Act, which removed liability for manufacturers of emergency medical countermeasures. The funds for entitlement programs and pensions will dry up by 2028, at which point the drug industry will go bankrupt as well. The Fourth Beast
Daniel 7:3, "The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces".
Daniel and our Lord Jesus Christ prophesied that from Nebuchadnezzar's conquest of Jerusalem to the consummation that the world would be ruled by four Gentile Empires. We live in the closing years of the Fourth Beast whose nature is the sum of the most insidious attributes of the previous three beasts. As a church kingdom "it is diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole world, and tread it down and break it in pieces." The fourth beast is controlled by a woman or church; the beast she rules is full of the names of blasphemy . . . Lutheran, Presbyterian, Anglican, Methodist, Adventist, and Pentecostal, forming an image unto the beast as planned in Vatican II. And the beast has seven heads—the deified Caesars, Julius, Augustus, Tiberius, Caligula, Claudius, Nero, and Galba; its ten horns are the kingdoms into which Rome divided. Five West European nations, and since the US betrayed President Gorbachev, five East European nations aligned as NATO. An eighth deified head will be the devil-incarnate last Pope "Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God" (Revelation 17:7-11; II Thessalonians 2:4).
Johnny-come-lately Klaus Schwab, his WEF, the UN, foundations of billionaires, banksters and nobility propose that unemployment, sickness and debilitating fear instilled by the Covid psyop, men "will own nothing" and unable to house and support their wife and children, hopelessness and depression will drive them to destitution, even suicide.
Yes, the Bible says "men's hearts will fail for fear of biological and nuclear warfare. Under the Seventh Vial, men's imaginations will drive them completely insane. But the long term plans of these wealthy uagsarts will come to naught, for the Lord God prophesied earthquakes will sink Los Angeles, much of California and Florida. Sir Klaus Schwab's calculations make no provision for volcanic eruptions, the sinking of Pacific islands, and the devastation of Australia's east coast by tidal waves, Russia's incursion of mainland USA, the utter defeat of the modern faux Israel state and collapse of the global economy. It is well-known that the city of Rome was built on seven mountains or hills as are Washington DC, Moscow and Constantinople [Istanbul]. Constantine chose the "seven hills" of Byzantium to duplicate the "seven hills" of Rome on the Tiber.
The eagle on Georgetown University's seal carries two objects in its talons: a terrestrial globe, the symbol of rational knowledge, and a cross, the symbol of Christian faith. In its beak, it carries a scroll with the Latin inscription "Utraque Unum" that translates as "Both are One," suggesting that there is no necessary conflict between science and religion. This differs from Ephesians 2:14 — "ipse est enim pax nostra qui fecit utraque unum" which as translated in the King James Bible says "For He is our peace, who has made both one" (i.e. believing Israelites and believing Gentiles of Adam's race). "E Plubius Unum" on the obverse or front of the Great Seal of the United States means "From many, one"
The Georgetown Seal of 1789 displays the Three Temple Crowns of Roman Admiralty/Shield laws, Canon/Eagle laws and Talmud 13 Star Laws, atop the Monstrance or blazing Jesuit sun. The eagle flies freely, independent of any support, holding in its left talon 13 arrows, signifying war—and in its right talon an olive branch, signifying peace. The Jesuits' Georgetown University Seal was developed thirteen years after their Illuminati formed the United States of America. The Jesuit's Seal represents their Black Nobility families (Daniel 7:7-8; Revelation 12:3; 13:8; 16:14; 17:2, 12-17; 18:9-10; 19:19-21). The laws of three Templar Inns of the Crown of the City of London, the B.A.R. (British Accreditation Registry) rule Crown colonies like Britain, Australia, the United States of America and many other countries.
Each Cestui Que Vie Trust, created since 1933, represents one of the 3 Crowns representing the three claims of property of the Roman Cult: Real Property (on Earth), Personal Property (body), and Ecclesiastical Property (soul). Each corresponds exactly to the three forms of law available to the Galla of the BAR Courts: corporate commercial law (judge is the 'landlord'), maritime and canon law (judge is the banker), and Talmudic law (judge is the priest).
The on the reverse of the Great Seal is a pyramid composed of 13 rows of building blocks, on the first of which Roman numerals represent 1776. The Latin inscription "Novus Ordo Seclorum" translates to "A New Order of the Ages," the Roman form of government over America or "beginning of the new American Era." The Jesuit military control the financial system. At the top of the pyramid is an eye, with rays that emanate in all directions. Above the eye, the Latin motto "Annuit Coeptis" translates "Providence Has Favored Our Undertakings," and "alludes to the many signal interpositions of providence [i.e. the Jesuits] in favor of the American cause".
The US Capitol and Congress is a Temple with Roman Pagan Symbolism. The Persephone statue re-named "Freedom" stands atop the United States Capitol Building in Washington, DC. The act of standing upon property is an aggressive legal demonstration. Your lawyer will tell you that standing upon a thing is an ultimate proof of ownership in adverse possession as in Revelation 10:1-6. Persephone, with the ancient pagan heritage she embodies, quite literally . . . owns the entire facility she crowns. The United States Congress belongs to her. But how did Persephone achieve her place of honor over Washington? Who put her there? When and under what circumstances? What is the theological history of this "only authorized Symbol of American heritage"? What is her future? Persephone was the Graeco-Roman goddess of the psyche or soul. She was abducted by Saturn's son Hades, who enthroned her as queen-consort of his dominion, the underworld. Significantly, Persephone was distinguished by fifth-century Athenian scholastics for her . . . immaculate conception. In 1854, Pope Pius IX issued an encyclical defining 'Immaculate Deception'—an unbiblical scenario which holds that the Virgin Mary, like her son (and like Persephone), was "preserved free from all stain of original sin in the first instant of her conception." Within days, federal legislators in Washington became obsessed with expanding the Capitol dome. According to one official publication, "Never before or since has an addition to the Capitol been so eagerly embraced by Congress." Legislation was hastily passed which incorporated the new papal doctrine into the new dome's cupola. A week later, the "immaculately-conceived" goddess Persephone was ordained to surmount the legislative center of the United States. Persephone was sculpted in Rome and installed atop the Capitol on the 47th anniversary of the death of America's first Roman Catholic Bishop, John Carroll. The Capitol, incidentally, is erected on property owned by Bishop Carroll's family. Back in 1663, in the Maryland records, the exact site was recorded under the title "Rome," its owner a man named "Francis Pope." The modest Goose Creek which flowed from the Potomac to the base of what would become Capitol Hill was renamed, to the mighty Creek, after Rome's Tiber River.
Roman Catholicism is a universal secular government domiciled at Vatican City State in Rome. Its sovereign, the Pope, is an absolute ruler who is deemed infallible. In the political context, the Roman Catholic Church has been determined by US District courts to be a foreign State (US Court of Appeals—Third Circuit, Case No. 85-1309). The Roman Catholic Church State, so called, requires universal obedience to the decrees of its omnipotent pope and his various councils. Vatican Council II's Constitutions on the Church (1964) require secular officials, "whoever they are, to expend all their energy for the growth of the Church and its continuous sanctification." Are the American people being ruled by a foreign sovereign for whom the United States is a useful tool in his management of world order? The world at large is totally ignorant of the occult Roman/Masonic symbolism which lies behind Washington, D.C. At the time of signing in the Declaration of Independence, it was against the law for a Catholic to hold public office or to vote although Maryland was founded by and for Catholics in 1634, in 1649 and, later in 1689—after the glorious Revolution placed severe restrictions on Catholics in England, the laws were changed in Maryland, and Catholicism was repressed; Catholics could no longer hold office, exercise the franchise, educate their children in their faith, or worship in public. With the Declaration, all this bias and restriction ended. Charles Carroll first became known in colonial politics through his defense of freedom of conscience and his belief that the power to govern derived from the consent of the governed. He was a staunch supporter of Washington. John Carroll was an intimate of Washington. (Jesuit John Carroll founded Georgetown University in 1789) He wrote a prayer at the time of Washington's inauguration asking God's blessing on the president, Congress, and government of the United States—a prayer still very much in use today. Out of gratitude for John Carroll's support during the war, Washington gave a modified version of the seal of the United States to the institution that is now Georgetown University; that seal is still in use. "In 1790, President George Washington, an Anglican, appointed Congressman (Daniel) Carroll to head a commission of three men to select land for the 'federal city' called for in the Constitution. Of all places, the commission chose 'Rome,' which at the time consisted of four farms, one of which belonged to . . . Daniel Carroll. It was upon Carroll's farm that the new government chose to erect its most important building, the Capitol".
The Catholic Part in the American Revolution
The Society of Jesus, or Jesuits, with their Sun Worship logo, operates in the highest echelons of the Jesuit Illuminati, or their leaders do. It is the Jesuit leadership that controls the Knights of Malta, Knights Templar, Knights of Columbus in the USA, and works closely with another secret order of the Roman Church, Opus Dei, which was created by the Jesuits. The alleged rivalry between the two is a diversion (created so they could control two sides of an issue). The same Jesuit structure was employed by Jesuit-educated Adam Weishaupt, when the Bavarian Illuminati was officially launched on May 1, 1776 and by many other secret groupings. The Bavarian Illuminati is a strand in the bigger web, which also calls itself the Illuminati (Jesuit, Illuminati factions of the same organization). Weishaupt taught Roman Catholic Canon Law at the Jesuit University of Ingolstadt in Bavaria, Germany, which is the birthplace.
John Carroll (1735-1815), Daniel Carroll's younger brother, was educated in Europe, joined the Jesuit order, and was ordained a priest. He founded a private school for boys and named it after the town where it was located, Georgetown. Despite their enormous contributions to the American founding, the three Carrolls somehow fell below the radar screen of recognition as full-fledged founding fathers. Perhaps that was because they were Catholics in a country and a culture that for many years was overwhelmingly Protestant.
Roman History and Roman Vision
The US Capitol is a Mirror of Vatican City. With Daniel Carroll providing land for the Capitol, with Charles Carroll as War Commissioner, controlling all the executive duties of the military department, with its ammunition supplies of cannon balls, shot, kettles, spikes and nails to the army, with John Carroll an intimate friend of Franklin, even living in Franklin's house, and District of Columbia donor, and Capitol Commissioner Daniel Carroll close to Washington, with John Carroll establishing Jesuit Georgetown University, whose seal proclaims a Roman eagle grasping the world and the cross, State and Roman Catholic Church with a banner in its beak, "Utraque Unum"—Both Together," with the mayor of the District of Columbia Carroll's nephew Robert Brent, it is not hard to see the proud Roman Catholic component of the American Revolution . . . and the Roman Catholic vision of a land where Roman Catholicism would be given the freedom to expand to the maximum . . . to take over the nation . . . and the world. In England and in the American colonies the Mass was forbidden.
The Crown of Baal, also known as the Papal Tiara and Triregnum is a three-tiered jewelled papal crown and symbol of claimed papal supremacy since the 16th Century. It has featured prominently as part of the coat of arms of the Vatican; usually with the crossed keys of claims of authority from St. Prior to Pope Boniface Vlll (1294-1303) the antipopes of the Roman Cult wore fabric, not metallic headdress, similar to the Persian High Priests of Mithra. However in 1302 Boniface issued his infamous Papal Bull Unam Sanctam, being the first Express Trust claiming control over the whole planet and effectively "King of the world." In celebration, he commissioned a gold plated headdress in the shape of a pinecone, with an elaborate crown at its base. The pinecone is an ancient symbol of fertility and one that is traditionally associated with Baal as well as the Cult of Cybele. The Papal tiara signifies the pope has jurisdiction of the earth, heaven and purgatory.
The first Crown of Crown Land—while Pope Boniface VIII was the first leader in history to create the concept of a Trust, the first Testamentary Trust through a Deed and Will creating a Deceased Estate was made under Pope Nicholas V in 1455 through the Papal Bull Romanus Pontifex. This is only one of three (3) papal bulls to include the line with the incipit "For a perpetual remembrance." This Bull had the effect of conveying the right of use of the land as Real Property from the Express Trust Unam Sanctam to the control of the Pontiff and his successors in perpetuity. Hence, all land is claimed as "Crown land".
This first Crown is represented by the first Trust created when a child is born, depriving them of all their beneficial entitlements and rights on the land at birth. [cestui que vie is French for he who lives. It is a legal term for an individual who is the beneficiary of a trust or an insurance policy, with rights to property and the income and profits that the property provides . . . In these contracts, cestui que vie is known as the policyholder, insured, or policy owner].
The second Crown of the Commonwealth—The second Crown was created in 1481 with the papal bull Aeterni Regis meaning "Eternal Crown" by Sixtus lV being only the second of three papal bulls as deeds of testamentary trusts.
This Papal Bull (Canon) created what is known as the "Crown of Aragon," later known as the Crown of Spain, being the highest sovereign and highest steward of all Roman Slaves subject to the rule of the Roman Pontiff. Spain lost the crown in 1604 when it was granted to King James I of England by Pope Paul V after the successful passage of the "Union of Crowns" or Commonwealth sin 1605 after the false flag operation of the Gunpowder Plot.
The Crown was finally lost by England in 1975 when the monarchy was restored in Spain under King Juan Carlos, Carlos I, where it remains to this day; his titles include that of King of Jerusalem.
This Second Crown is represented by the Second cestui que vie Trust created when a child is born being the sale of the Birth Certificate as a Bond to the private central bank of the nation, depriving them of ownership of their flesh and condemning them to perpetual servitude as a Roman person, or slave.
The third Crown of the "Ecclesiastical 'See'"—The third Crown was created in 1537 by Paul lll through the papal bull Convocation also meant to open the Council of Trent being the third and final testamentary deed and will of a testamentary trust, being the trust set up for the claiming of all "lost souls," lost to the [Holy] See [at sea].
The Venetians assisted in the creation of the first cestui que vie Act of 1540 to use this papal bull as the basis of Ecclesiastical authority of Henry VIII. This Crown was secretly granted to England in the collection and "reaping" of lost souls.
The Crown was lost in 1815 due to the deliberate bankruptcy of England and granted to the Temple Bar (London town), which became known as the Crown Bar, or simply the Crown.
The Bar Associations have been responsible ever since in administering the "reaping" of the souls of the lost and damned, including the registration and collection of Baptismal certificates representing the souls collected by the Vatican and stored in its vaults.
This third Crown is represented by the third cestui que vie Trust created when a child is baptized being the grant of the Baptismal certificate by the parents to the church or Registrar being the gift of title of the soul. Thus, without legal title over one's own soul, a man or woman may be "legally" denied right to stand as a person, but may be treated as a creature and thing without legally possessing a soul. Hence, the Bar Association is able to legally enforce Maritime law against men and women—because they can be treated as things, cargo that does not possess a soul.
A Papal Bull is a formal document issued by a Roman Pontiff upon a major act of law, curse or claim to extend the power of the Cult over its claimed domination of the world, all nations, all people, all law and all religions . . . The first legitimate Papal Bull is probably around 1136 called Ex commisso nobis by Pope Innocent II in the claimed excommunication of the Saxon (German) Pope at Magdeburg. Unfortunately, many of the key Papal Bulls are missing (such as 1249) and most have been deliberately forged over the centuries . . . re-write history and hide their original form on human skin.
Answers to Questions (abridged):
1. What does the Pope, the Holy See, and the Vatican have to do with anything?
All forms of law beginning with Ecclesiastical Law and including the ancient Law Merchant and Law of the Sea, the Roman Civil Law, and most recently, the Uniform Commercial Code and International Criminal Code are ultimately defined by the Holy See and administered by the Roman Curia, under the Trusteeship of the Pope. Control and caretaking of the earlier law forms was undertaken by the Holy See during the First Holy Roman Empire (AD800) [then, on December 25, 800, Pope Leo III crowned the Frankish King Charlemagne as Emperor, reviving the title in Western Europe, more than three centuries after the fall of the ancient Western Roman Empire in 476] and by contract and consent, has remained in the Holy See's control ever since. The two more recent law forms, the Uniform Commercial Code and the International Criminal Code are copyrighted by Vatican subsidiaries.
The Papacy has functioned in two distinct roles for over 1,200 years, exercising both sacred and temporal powers. The Pope is named in two distinct offices and wears two different hats. As the leader of the Church and in sacred office, he is properly regarded as "His Holiness Pope Francis." As the CEO in charge of worldwide commercial affairs executing the temporal powers of the second office, he operates as "FRANCISCUS" [a Latin given name, originally an epithet meaning "the Frank, the Frenchman" and applied to Saint Francis of Assisi (1181/82–1226) who was born in France].
The duties of both offices are distinct and yet ultimately interrelated, due to the Pope's responsibility to oversee the Global Estate Trust. Since the 1400's (see Primary Source Reading List) every Pope has acted as the ultimate Trustee and Steward of the entire Earth conceived as a Trust: the Global Estate Trust. This Trust, which was created over 400 years ago, is divided into three jurisdictions—Air, Land, and Sea. All three are further divided into realms of the Living and the Dead—the living being actual flesh and blood men and women and animals and other creatures in which the blood flows or sap ascends, the dead being all those organic entities who have died and all legal fiction entities, including trusts, corporations, foundations, transmitting utilities, cooperatives, limited liability partnerships and so on.
The Air Jurisdiction remains with the Holy See [John 12:31; 16:11; II Corinthians 4:4; Ephesians 2:2; 6:12; I John 4:4; 5:19; Revelation 13:1-10; 17:11; 19:20; 20:10], is universal, global, and inclusive in nature regardless of individual religious preferences or beliefs, rules all affairs from the surface of the Earth to the Heavens, is inhabited by spiritual beings both living and dead, has a global population, functions under the Law of Love and the Ancient Law of Freewill and is administered via ecclesiastical canon law generally under direction of the Rectors of the National Shrines established in each country.
The Sea Jurisdiction is international in character, has an international citizenship, rules all affairs on or directly below the surface of the seas and navigable inland waters, is inhabited by living men and women known as Merchants and Sailors, and all living sea creatures, as well as all ships and legal fiction entities engaged in maritime and admiralty businesses and contracts, functions under the Law Merchant (maritime) and Law of the Sea (admiralty) and is administered worldwide by the British Crown Temple (i.e. "doing business as") Inner City of London aka "Westminster," and the Lords of the Sea.
The Land Jurisdiction is national in character, is inhabited by living men and women, together with land creatures and plants, has a citizenship based on nationality and which in most instances includes both the living men and women and legal fiction entities, rules affairs of the land from the surface to the depths beneath, functions under The Law of the Land, and is administered worldwide by the Universal Postal Union and the individual national Postmasters.
Each jurisdiction—Air, Land, or Sea—has its own law forms. The Air functions under ecclesiastical and canon law. The Sea functions under the Law Merchant and Law of the Sea. The land functions under the Law of the Land.
This is the Big Picture, and in the end, it is all administered by the Holy See and the Roman Catholic Church, which has struggled by turns to maintain an "orderly and peaceful Kingdom on Earth" and at times through its history has admittedly been overwhelmed by corruption and human error.
By its nature and function the Global Estate Trust has established a vast interlocking trust directorate that exists worldwide and extends from the Holy See down to the local level of government administration.
A trust is formed when a Donor places assets into the care of a Trustee for the good of Beneficiaries. In forming the Global Estate Trust it was considered that Christ placed the entire planet in the care of St. Peter, that the Pope is Peter's successor Trustee, and over time it has been realized that all people and living creatures are intended Beneficiaries of the Global Estate Trust, not just members of the Roman Catholic Church. This realization is one of the most direct results of the Protestant Reformation, which asserted individual dominion over the Earth as granted in Genesis 1:26-28. Today, as confirmed by Popes John Paul II, Benedict XVI, and Francis, the Global Estate Trust serves all people regardless of faith, color, or creed.
2. How does the Global Estate Trust function? Why haven't I heard of it before?
The Global Estate Trust is over 400 years old. It was older than The United States of America is today when The United States of America was formed. It has organized the entire planet according to its system of postal districts—also called "federal districts" in America. The Global Estate Trust and the services it provides—legal services, banking services, police services, postal services—is so ubiquitous, so integrated worldwide, that we take its existence for granted and wrongly think that our individual government provides all this.
The truth is that the so-called "federal government" in America has always been owned and operated as a private for-profit governmental services company operating under contract to provide certain stipulated governmental services, and—later in history, has been operated as an umbrella corporation with subsidiaries created as franchises and agencies under subcontract to provide these same services by the Global Estate Trust and its national subsidiaries.
[Mr. Norman Dodd, Director of Research for Congressman Brazilla Carroll Reece's Select Committee investigation into subversive activities of the tax-exempt foundations (Trusts) was asked to orient his investigation toward uncovering a conspiracy AGAINST the United States. "Investigations lead to the reasonable suspicion that behind the events of history is an entity that is dynastic and perpetuates itself. That entity is what is meant when you hear people talk about "they this" and "they that" which leads one to confront them with a natural question, "Well who is they?" "They" is the Vatican in "Holy Alliance" with the Black Nobility or Venetian Oligarchy and that authority stems from the secret Articles in the Treaty of Verona (1822) Holy Alliance, signed by Austria, France, Prussia and Russia. "They," as it were, issue franchises to groups who are capable and willing, in slang terms, to keep their mouth shut, number one, and number two, to perform whatever this central agency feels is a necessity."]
Side Note: In the eighteenth century when the original equity contract known as "The Constitution for the united States" was drawn up, the word "federal" was a synonym for "contract," so the nature of the government as an entity under contract to provide services was apparent to the people. The state legislatures formed to represent the land jurisdiction as separate nations—the larger equivalent of city-states—and the people inhabiting these organic states were clearly aware of the subservient nature of the federal government in all matters not clearly delegated to it as were the Founders and Framers of the Constitution. Article X clearly reserves all other rights to the states and the people.
In summary, our entire planet receives governmental services from one gigantic interlocking trust directorate: the Global Estate Trust. The gentleness with which generations of Popes have exercised their power as the ultimate Trustee should not be mistaken for lack of power, but rather as respect for Free Will and reluctance to interfere with those entrusted to administer their own affairs. In the temporal realm a Pope is a man like any other man, and it is often difficult to obtain all the facts and to be assured of right action. Restraint and tolerance have therefore been the hallmarks governing the exercise of temporal power by the Popes for many decades, but we are now entered upon a time when corruption and criminality have so far progressed among many governmental service corporations worldwide that maintaining the role of global trustee has required action by the Pope and the Holy See.
Over time, specialized service centers organized as separate city-states have taken over specific aspects of the operations of the Global Estate Trust. This so-called "Empire of the City" spans the globe. Rome and Vatican City remain the home base of operations responsible for overall administration worldwide. The Inner City of London, also known as "Westminster," is a separate, independent, international city-state within London and it is home to the Crown Temple which administers legal services and is also home to the Fleet Street hub of international banking services. The District of Columbia, another city-state, is the center of defense and police services worldwide. The United Nations, yet another separate independent city-state, is the hub of international trade, aid, and negotiations.
Over the course of time, delivery of these many services has been organized by separate for-profit corporations and organizations operating in each country under the auspices of an umbrella Trust Management Organization functioning as the national government. Almost all national governments have been incorporated by the Holy See, the American national government is no exception. [Australia like other countries trading in bankruptcy as corporations is registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and mortgaged to the IMF]. The Pope acting in his temporal office and the Holy See and its administrative management arms—the Vatican, the Roman Curia, the British Crown, the Crown Temple, the United Nations, the Pentagon, Vatican Bank, the Universal Postal Union and a great many other Global Estate Trust franchises and subsidiaries—provide nearly all governmental services worldwide, in addition to their roles administering various obligations owed to many national trusts.
The Global Estate Trust is by far the largest corporate enterprise on Earth. Indeed, the very concept of "incorporation" was created by the Holy See and incorporated entities continue to be created and administered entirely under copyrights and administrative law forms of the Roman Curia. The Pope has the undisputed right to liquidate any incorporated entity that is not functioning lawfully and according to its charter. He may also order disposition of corporate assets to the creditors of any incorporated entity that he liquidates, and can alter or void any statute passed by any incorporated government at will.
3. What is a "national trust" and why does it matter?
When a new nation is born and enters the international community as The United States of America did in 1776, a contest begins over representation of the land and its assets. Once such a contest is resolved, the Pope, acting within his temporal office is the Donor of all the assets to be held in the national trust being established, formally recognizes the new nation. As a first step in this process, a postal district is established and a post office is created for the seat of government. Benjamin Franklin accomplished this step more than twenty years prior to the American Revolution. There are four very commonly encountered entities that routinely call themselves either "the United States" or the "United States of America" in some guise, three "Constitutions" of these entities that are commonly referred to, and three versions of "United States Congress" in play. In all, there are over 350 different legally recognized meanings of the four words "united states of America" so it is necessary to draw a line and focus for a moment on only two of these entities—those representing actual national trusts.
