Comment: Stillbirths in fully vaccinated women are exploding in Canada. For example, in Waterloo, Ontario, 86 cases have been reported in six months, compared to typically five to six per year, says doctor Daniel Nagase. "That is highly unusual."

At Lions Gate Hospital in Vancouver, British Columbia, 13 stillbirths were recorded over 24 hours, reported the doctor. Until recently, Dr. Nagase worked at an Alberta hospital but said he was fired after treating three covid patients with Ivermectin at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre (rairfoundation.com).

Health/Science Institutions Worldwide: No Record of SARS-COV-2 Isolate Anywhere, Ever

December 5, 2021 — While Chinese authorities announced on January 7, 2020 that they had isolated and identified "a new type of virus" no details were provided. Then on the 28th of January 2020, the US Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (a private corporation funded largely by Bill Gates) stated that the novela corona virus had been isolated.

The central question raised in this study is the following: is there reliable evidence that SARS-CoV-2 has been isolated from an "unadulterated sample taken from a diseased patient"? The study provides documentation based on Freedom of Information requests addressed to Health/Science Institutions (139 and counting) in a large number of countries.

The responses to these requests confirm that there is no record of isolation/purification undertaken by the numerous Health/Science institutions which were contacted.

It is worth noting that according to the Berlin Virology Institute, the WHO in January 2020 did not have in its possession details regarding the isolation and identity of SARS-CoV-2.

Moreover, because the relevant details concerning isolation/purification were not available, the WHO (funded largely by Bill Gates) decided pursuant to the advice of the Berlin Virology Institute to "customize" The Real Time Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (rRT-PCR) using the "similar" 2003 SARS virus (subsequently renamed SARS-1) as "a point of reference" for detecting genetic fragments of the 2019 SARS-CoV-2.

Bear in mind, this totally flawed RT-PCR test is being used not only to detect V-the virus; it is now being used to 'detect' the variants of SARS-CoV-2. December 5, 2021 — No wonder the FDA fought to keep it hidden for 55 years. By February of 2021, Pfizer had already received more than 1,200 reports of death allegedly caused by the vaccine and tens of thousands of reported adverse events, including 23 cases of spontaneous abortions out of 270 pregnancies and more than 2,000 reports of cardiac disorders. Comment: Databases worldwide are overflowing with reports of COVID vaccine injuries (adverse events) and deaths. As of the time of writing, the US-based VAERS database shows approximately 915,000 injuries including 20,000 deaths, which according to the 2010 Harvard Pilgrim Study is underreported by a factor of 100 [for injuries]. As of the time of writing, the Europe-based EudraVigilance database (which tracks data from the 30 nations of the European Economic Area) records approximately 2,900,000 injuries including 31,000 deaths following the COVID shot. It would be fair to assume similar underreporting happens there, although it is hard to know for sure.

We've all been bombarded with the fear narrative of the dreaded spike protein of SARS-CoV-2. This is pure fiction. SARS-CoV-2 only exists in a digital viral database and is not an actual real-world virus. There is NO isolated, real-life SARS-CoV-2 specimen.

FDA wants 55 Years to release COVID Jab Reaction Data

December 2, 2021 — In September 2021, a group called Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT) filed an FOIA request with the FDA to obtain the documentation used to approve Comirnaty. When, after a month, the FDA had not replied, the PHMPT sued. It took the US FDA 108 days to "thoroughly and completely" review the 329,000 pages of data Pfizer/BioNTech submitted to gain FDA approval for its Comirnaty COVID shot, which was licensed August 3, 2021.

The FDA now claims it needs 55 years to release those same pages to the public (at a rate of 500 pages per month), as each page must be reviewed and sensitive information redacted. It has so far only released 91 pages. These documents show that within the first 2.5 months of the Pfizer shot's rollout, Pfizer received 42,086 reports of adverse events, including 1,223 fatalities . . .

Graphene Oxide and Graphene Hydroxide

In a recent paper we gave convincing evidence that the Children of Chaos are spraying the skies over Ireland with graphene oxide. No doubt they are doing the same over many other countries. As we explained in that paper, graphene oxide is toxic when ingested and is rendered even more potent if exposed to a strong electromagnetic field. Graphene, with its unique molecular structure, responds to magnetic attraction and is electrically conductive. EMF fields of the right frequency excite the atoms in graphene and disrupt our normal neurological function. I took a set of neodymium magnets and trailed them along the top layer of dry sand. Many scientists have warned that the exceptionally high levels of electromagnetic energy which 5G transmitters can emit will, of itself, cause serious health problems for many unwitting citizens over a period of years. However, this 5G energy will prove to be far more dangerous if our body is already polluted with a large amount of electrosensitive nanograde particles. In fact, if one wanted to kill or disable a large proportion of the population, silently and with very little prospect of detection, this would be a good choice of 'weapon'. Simply install a modern 5G network across a city, spray the skies with GO over a period of several months, and then tune the 5G network to the frequency which imparts the most energy to the GO particles. This could be done in a series of short bursts in the dead of night, preferably in tandem across an array of 5G transmitters (a "phased array"). The victims would wake in a panic, gasping for breath. The agitated GO particles would interfere with the biochemical mechanism in their red blood cells (which extract oxygen from the air), causing acute hypoxia . . . Since the installation of 5G transmitters on a national scale only began in most countries in early 2020 and was greatly accelerated during the 'lockdowns', we can see how a weapons system of this kind could be deployed. June 10, 2021 — The Authority seeks to procure a framework agreement for temporary body storage in the event on an excess of deaths situation for the 32 London boroughs and the City of London, led by Westminster City Council. Comment: Perhaps the most telling detail is the stated duration of the contract, namely four years. In other words the facilities will not be needed after 2025. This complies with the estimates of professors, renowned PhD's and eminent specialists that suggest life expectancy of many who have been inoculated with the toxic COVID 'gene therapies' is two to three years.

According to the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency), the Covid vaccines have caused a total of 1,483 deaths in the UK in the period 9 December 2020 to 14 July 2021. This is far short of the figure for Scotland alone where deaths within 28 days of receiving covid vaccine = 5522. If we take the Scottish profile as a true measure of the harm being caused by these vaccines and apply it to the UK as a whole, then a completely different—and quite horrifying—picture emerges. Taking the population of Scotland, which is 5.5 million, and extrapolating to the UK as a whole, which has a population of 66.5 million, then the estimated number of people in the UK who died within 28 days of receiving the vaccine is around 67,000. However, if the EU actually experienced the same vaccine-related death rate as Scotland over this period—which is quite possible—then, within its total population of 446 million, the vaccine caused over 400,000 deaths. This is 21 times higher than the rate reported by the European Medicines Agency (EMA).

In addition to emergency body storage facilities, the UK government is also seeking a massive 6-fold increase of oral anticoagulants, a key medication in the treatment of blood clots caused by Covid vaccines. The request to suppliers was published on 22 July 2021. It stated that the total value of the contract over the period specified (30 months to end-April 2024) was £3.185 billion. The annual cost of anticoagulants used by the NHS at present is a little under £200 million, so a contract covering two and a half years might be expected to cost £500m or so. Instead it will cost six times that amount.

Online reports in recent years of FEMA coffins stockpiled in remote locations have given rise to much speculation in the US. These 200,000 casket linings, each designed to accommodate 4—5 cadavers have been awaiting a planned major fatality event since at least 2008.

WHO is an Institution of Corruption

November 24, 2021 — The act of using businesses and employers to impose mandatory vaccination on the population, under the slogan "no jab, no job," is an absolute measure of tyranny. Societal segregation is happening across the world where the vaccinated "enjoy" more freedom and rights than the unvaccinated. Democracy is trampled in the name of fake "medical emergency" and "public health." WHO (largely funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation) is behind this project? Fundamental corruption at the World Health Organization (WHO) contributed to manufacturing a "test pandemic."

Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, former head of health at the Council of Europe, explains that a pandemic used to be associated with widespread severe illness and death, by changing the definition, removing the severity and high mortality criteria, WHO can now make a pandemic whenever it wants. COVID-19 was a "test" pandemic, not a virus pandemic, because PCR tests may give a positive result when it detects fragments of corona viruses that have been around for 20 years, a fragment of virus too small to make you ill or a fragment of COVID-19 that was there weeks ago.

The mass COVID-19 shot campaign is riddled with conflicts of interest at a fundamental level, and these conflicts are putting people's lives at risk by putting vaccine production ahead of disease prevention. As Wodarg noted, if you want to earn money producing vaccines, you need new markets in which to use them, and new diseases so you can sell your vaccine. The seeds were sown more than a decade ago during the 2009 H1N1 (swine flu) pandemic. In 2010, Wodarg accused pharmaceutical companies of influencing WHO's pandemic declaration, calling swine flu a "false pandemic" that was driven by Big Pharma, which cashed in on the health scare.

According to Wodarg, the swine flu pandemic was "one of the greatest medicine scandals of the century." As noted by Planet Lockdown, Wodarg, then a member of the German Parliament, "knew something wasn't right when 800 cases in Mexico was declared a pandemic: He dug into the issue and discovered a hornet's nest of lies and corruption inside the WHO. He floored a bill called Fake Pandemic and did much to deflate that fake scare at the time, to the consternation of the corrupt functionaries of these institutions."

With a Definition Change, WHO Could Create Pandemic Anytime.

Secret agreements were made between Germany, Great Britain, Italy and France with the pharmaceutical industry before the H1N1 pandemic began, which stated that they would purchase H1N1 flu vaccinations—but only if a pandemic level 6 was declared by WHO. Six weeks before the pandemic was declared, no one at WHO was worried about the virus, but the media was nonetheless exaggerating the dangers. Then, in the month leading up to the 2009 H1N1 pandemic, WHO changed the official definition of pandemic, removing the severity and high mortality criteria and leaving the definition of a pandemic as "a worldwide epidemic of a disease . . ." Comment: Worldwide, people have been misled both by their governments and the media as to the causes and devastating consequences of the Covid-19 "pandemic." CDC Twisted Definition of Vaccine – a Lie to make Billions of Dollars for Drug Companies

November 16, 2021 — The entire push for COVID "vaccines" was based on a lie—they did not meet the official CDC definition of a vaccine. By doing this the government could coerce the entire population to get the shot. Calling them "vaccines" was the biggest lie from Fauci and the key to drug companies making many billions of dollars.

It became widely recognized by medical experts and informed citizens that COVID vaccines clearly did not fit the official CDC vaccine definition. CDC thought the answer was not to fix what was deficient with the COVID vaccines or stop their use by most people as so many medical experts advised. Their response was to change the vaccine definition to fit the so-called vaccines.

This was done so that vaccine mandates could keep getting pushed by the government. Of course, the COVID "vaccines" should be referred to as . . . experimental vaccines. Three Deagel Groups of Humanity

August 4, 2021 — In light of the Deagel scenario and its devastating implications for humanity, we must ask whether the Big Four vaccines contain a lethal component which is missing from the other 17 options? A sceptic might argue that, if this was the case, then the population reduction targets for the Ukraine and Canada (Table A) or Japan and Taiwan (Table B) would not be achievable (given that a fair proportion of the population would receive a non-lethal variety). As it happens the vaccine option for Canada, apart from the Big Four, is Covishield, an AstraZeneca formulation made in India. This, apparently, is also the only option currently available in the Ukraine. The Japanese option, Takeda, is actually a local formulation of Moderna, while the 'outsider' option in Taiwan (MVCCov1901 made by Medigen) is exclusive to Taiwan. No other country is using it.

Assessing Casualty Figures of the 2025 Deagel Forecast in Present Terms

September 28, 2021 — The Australia-USA nuclear "submarine" agreement forged earlier this month does many dangerous things . . . makes it far easier for a major nuclear conflict with China . . . major assertive military aggression on the part of the United States.

Australia is not a "democracy." A democracy would have the legislature making those decisions, not the Head of State. So in truth, Australia is but a "tin horn" dictatorship, bought sold, and owned by the United States . . . to confirm how brain-dead the Australian citizenry is, they are not even noticing that the decisions on tariffs, embargoes, trade with China, military alignments with the United States are not going through the proper channels . . . Third-world, banana republic, dictatorship. That's Australia today.

Australia has agreed to build bases, staffed by American military, to service American (and British) nuclear submarines until (or well past) 2040 when the Australian versions of those submarines will be manufactured . . . to "secure international maritime law, uphold human rights, secure global democratic values and maintain the American "rules based order" (as opposed to the UN Maritime Law.)

ALL American nuclear submarines carry nuclear missiles. Both the SLBM's for targeted destruction of cities, and nuclear torpedoes for the destruction of submarines and entire fleets . . . any thinking person might stop and wonder what does placing nuclear ICBM's off the Chinese coast have to do with "upholding human rights," "free navigational passage" or "democratic values"?

But mostly the latest decisions by the United States to create a QUAD alliance, armed with nuclear weapons, and threaten China, or if that fails, to launch a "first strike" nuclear salvo against China to destroy it once and for all.

For "democracy" and "freedom".

Deagel corporation was asked to explain the thinking behind its strange set of population and output figures. While we cannot take its response at face value, it nonetheless paints a picture that is very similar to the world we now see. And this is not an exaggeration at all.

Talking about the United States and the European Union as separated entities no longer makes sense. Both are the Western block, keep printing money and will share the same fate.

After COVID we can draw two major conclusions:

  • The Western world (success model) has been built over societies with no resilience. They can barely withstand any hardship, even a low intensity one. It was assumed but now we've got the full hard confirmation beyond any doubt. They are weak to the point of a decapitated cripple.
  • The COVID crisis will be used to extend the life of this dying economic system through the so called "Great Reset." [Hence 193 heads of state in lockstep pushed citizens into the UN trap].

The Great Reset; like the climate change, extinction rebellion, planetary crisis, green revolution, shale oil . . . hoaxes promoted by the system; is another attempt to slow down dramatically the consumption of natural resources and therefore extend the lifetime of the current system.

It can be effective for awhile but finally won't address the bottom-line problem and will only delay the inevitable. The core ruling elites hope to stay in power which is in effect the only thing that really worries them.

Collapse of the USD Financial Banking System

The collapse of the Western financial system—and ultimately Western civilization—has been the major driver in the 2012 forecast along with a confluence of crises with a devastating outcome.

Progressive Multiculturalism failures

As COVID has proven, Western societies embracing multiculturalism and extreme liberalism are unable to deal with any real hardship. [Multiculturalism is a euphemism for miscegenation, repetition of the 'original sin' on a global scale, and accursed of God].

Coronavirus Pandemic

The Spanish flu one century ago represented the death of 40-50 million people. Today the world's population is four times greater with air travel in full swing which is by definition a super spreader. Death casualties in today's World would represent 160 to 200 million in relative terms but more likely 300-400 million taking into consideration the air travel factor that did not exist one century ago. So far, [the alleged] COVID death toll is roughly 1 million people.

Economic crisis due to forced lock-downs

It is quite likely that the economic crisis due to the lock-downs will cause more deaths than the virus worldwide. [Certainly, no virus has been isolated]. The Soviet system was less able to deliver goodies to the people than the Western one. Nevertheless Soviet society was more compact and resilient under an authoritarian regime. That in mind, the collapse of the Soviet system wiped out 10 percent of the population.

The stark reality of diverse and multicultural Western societies is that a collapse will have a toll of 50 to 80 percent depending on several factors. But in general terms the most diverse, multicultural, indebted and wealthy (highest standard of living) will suffer the highest toll.

Life-Support Systems

The only glue that keeps united such aberrant collage from falling apart is over-consumption with heavy doses of bottomless degeneracy disguised as virtue. Nevertheless the widespread censorship, hate laws and contradictory signals mean that even that glue is not working any more.

Not everybody has to die. Migration (out from America, the West, etc.) can also play a positive role in this.

Second and Third World Nations

The formerly (known as) second and third world nations are an unknown at this point. Their fate will depend upon the decisions they take in the future.

Western powers are not going to take over them as they did in the past because these (Western) countries won't be able to control their very own cities let alone those countries that are far away.

If they remain tied to the former World Order they will go down along with the Western powers. However, they won't experience the same kind of brutal decline that the Western powers will experience so brazenly. This is partially because they are poorer and (obviously) not diverse enough. Instead they are stronger than the Western powers because they are actually quite homogeneous. This is their advantage. And they are used to deal with some sort of hardship, though, not precisely the one that is coming.

If they switch to China they can get a chance to stabilize but will need to depend upon the management of their own resources. We expected this situation to unfold and it is actually unfolding right now.

American Election Consequences

There is a lot of bad blood in the Western societies and the protests, demonstrations, rioting and looting are only the first symptoms of what is coming.

Geo-Political Changes

However a new trend is taking place overshadowing this one. The situation between the three great powers has changed dramatically.

The only relevant achievement of the Western powers during the past decade has been the formation of a strategic alliance, both military and economic, between Russia and China.

  • Russia and China are a united Asia.

Right now the potential partnership between Russia and the European Union (EU) is dead with Russia turning definitively towards China. That was from the beginning the most likely outcome.

  • The European Union is on it's own.

Airbus never tried to establish a real partnership but rather a strategy to fade away the Russian aerospace industry. Russia and China have formed a new alliance to build a long haul airliner.

Western Europe (not to mention the United States) was never interested in the development of Russia or forming anything other than a master slave relationship with Russia providing raw materials and toeing the line of the West.

It was clear then and today it is a fact.

Preparations for war

Russia has been preparing for a major war since 2008 and China has been increasing her military capabilities for the last 20 years. Today China is not a second tier power compared with the United States. Both in military and economic terms China is at the same level and in some specific areas are far ahead.

Chinese Technology is state of the art.

In the domain of high-tech, 5G has been a success in the commercial realm but the Type 055 destroyer is also another breakthrough with the US gaining a similar capability (DDG 51 Flight IIII) by mid of this decade (more likely by 2030).

Nanchang, the lead ship of the Type 055 class, was commissioned amid the pandemic and lock down in China.

Potential for open war hostilities

Six years ago the likelihood of a major war was tiny.

Since then it has grown steadily and dramatically and today is by far the most likely major event in the 2020s.

The ultimate conflict can come from two ways.

[1] A conventional conflict involving at least two major powers that escalates into an open nuclear war; most likely initiated by the United States, with a nuclear retaliatory salvo of impressive destructive magnitude.

[2] A second scenario is possible in the 2025-2030 time-frame. A Russian (with possibly China) sneak first strike against the United States and its allies with the new S-500, strategic missile defenses, Yasen-M submarines, INF Zircon and Kalibr missiles and some new space asset playing the key role.

The sneaky first strike would involve all Russian missile strategic forces branches (bombers and ground-based missiles) at the different stages of such attack that would be strategic translation of what was seen in Syria in November 2015.

Massive failures in Western Intelligence Agencies

There was no report that the Russian had such a capability of launching a high precision, multiple, combined arms attack at targets 2,000+ kilometers away.

Western intelligence had no clue.

Brainwashed Moral Superiority

The irony is that since the end of the Cold War the United States has been maneuvering through NATO to achieve a position to be able to execute a (nuclear) first strike over Russia and now it seems that the first strike may still occur but the country finished would be the United States. [Thus saith the Lord to that, on the second go].

Another particularity of the Western system is that its individuals have been brainwashed to the point that the majority accept their moral high ground and technological edge as a given. This has given the rise of the supremacy of the emotional arguments over the rational ones which are ignored or deprecated.

That mindset can play a key role in the upcoming catastrophic events.

At least in the Soviet system the silent majority of the people were aware of the fallacies they were fed.

We can see the United States claims about 5G being stolen from them by China or hypersonic technology being stolen by Russia as the evidence that the Western elites are also infected by that hubris. Over the next decade it will become obvious that the West is falling behind the Russia-China block and the malaise might grow into desperation. [Precisely as God's Prophet William Branham foretold].

Why go to war?

Going to war might seem a quick and easy solution to restore the lost hegemony to finally find them into a 1940 France moment. Back then France did not have nuclear weapons to turn a defeat into a victory. The West might try that swap because the unpleasant prospect of not being Mars and Venus but rather a bully and his dirty bitch running away in fear while the rest of the world is laughing at them.

If there is not a dramatic change of course the world is going to witness the first nuclear war.

The Western block collapse may come before, during or after the war. It does not matter. The West will completely collapse. It is fragile. It will be unable to recover from even the slightest societal disruption. [Not being Christians Deagle does not understand that Daniel 9:27 foretold the Judaeo-Roman Catholic church will confirm a covenant with Jewry that will see the United States quickly recover from within her own resources. Then be erased from the face of the earth along with Vatican City State when NATO side with Russia and the US again betrays Russia (Revelation 17 and 18), heralding Armageddon and the consummation].

A nuclear war is a game with billions of casualties and the collapse plays in the hundreds of millions.

Now the meat of this article . . . Realize the following truths, before we proceed:

  • China possesses skilled leadership.
  • Russia and China are aligned militarily.
  • The United States government is a monkey's breakfast.
  • America is Balkanized, isolated, and it's every man for himself.
  • Handguns and weapons are all over America.
  • COVID is raging inside America.

If you think it is bad now, imagine what happens when a roll of toilet paper costs $20, a hamburger $100, no one is getting cost-of-living increases, there's hardly any gasoline, a new round of COVID is forcing everyone into lock-downs again and the police start to selectively deploy.

The shootings will not be televised.

And in the midst of all this unreported turmoil will be the grand American military strategy. That is to "suppress China," that far-away nation. To "project" an American "rules based order" on the Chinese coast. So that the miserable 'Mericans can blame their frustration on those evil vile Communists instead of on their own government.

The Good News

The good news is that the war will be short lived; over very quickly. In fact, it might happen, millions of people die, and then be over before anything is actually reported. Countries might break up after a few short meetings and that will be that.

With banks gone, communication down, any balkanized nations will go tribal in hours. And people, the USA is very Balkanized. Or haven't you been watching the videos out of America today? Crime is open and brazen. Shootings are the norm.

The bad news . . .

People are going to die. Entire societies will be disrupted. Nation-states will collapse, restructure and reform. There will be internal discord, and SHTF on a local level will emerge in the worst hit areas.

Most Western nations will become a Hellish fiasco of "zombie movie" proportions.

The countries that will suffer the greatest reduction in population, according to Deagel (as per 2014), are:

Table C should be a wake-up call to the whole world. Clearly, the least-vaccinated nations are least infected. The population of this group is five times that of Table A and Table B combined and yet it is projected to fall by 'only' 73 million. Compare this with the fall projected for the other groups—515 million! This is a seven-fold difference. Thus, if the Covid 'vaccine' program is the planned instrument for conducting the coming genocide, it will impact 35 times more destructively on Christendom than on Communist countries and the Asian trading bloc. This startling disparity cannot be explained solely by reference to vaccine (Revelation 3:15-20; 6:8; 16:13-21).

Map of AustraliaIn 1973 EG Whitlam, the Prime Minister of Australia at this time, an individual with one vote and without the authority of the Queen or the People began the gradual process of changing our constitutional government into a totally new corporate government. One unknown to the contract holders, the Commonwealth of Australia or to our constitutional Monarch Queen Elizabeth II.

He changed the name from:

Remember that Australia is the landmass. The People are the Commonwealth of Australia. Therefore that government under that name has no authority over the people.

In 1973, EG Whitlam, an individual with one vote and without the authority of the Queen or the People, changed her title from:

    • Elizabeth the Second, By the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of Her Other Realms and Territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith to:
    • Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God Queen of Australia and Her other Realms and Territories, Head of the Commonwealth.

That title does not hold the expression Defender of the Faith, therefore that title is not the title of the private queen as found in the Preamble to our constitutional contract. If the private woman is not found in that title, there is no protection in that title for the private men and women who are part of that contract.

Consequently, that title holds no common law authority. Therefore the inherent jurisdiction of the private people is absent in that title. That is not the title of the Constitutional Monarch we the People of the Commonwealth of Australia hold the contract with. Therefore the Queen of Australia has no authority over the People.

This 'fake' queen holds no land, has no collateral and gives no authority. It is simply a patron of the Australian Government.

In 1973, EG Whitlam, an individual with one vote and without the authority of the Queen or the People, removed the Royal Seal of the Constitutional Monarch and replaced it with the Great Seal of Australia on all acts and over the Parliament. That Seal was an armorial seal given to the parliament by a previous monarch for use in public matters.

Whitlam made some changes to the appearance of this seal and copyrighted it to the Australian Government.

It is NOT a law-making seal, yet it now sits above the Speaker of the House of Representatives as the symbol of where his authority comes from. That Seal is not the Seal of the Constitutional Monarch who holds the protection for the People inside the Parliament and provides the authority for all acts which are used to govern the People. Therefore that Seal has no authority over the people.

EG Whitlam, an individual with one vote and without the authority of the Queen or the People, gave that new corporation a constitution.

To do that he simply copied OUR constitution, word for word, and then changed the title, creating 2 duplicates—The Constitution & Australian Constitution. He then copyrighted those two documents to the Australian Government.

These 2 new corporate constitutions have no contract holders; therefore they do not adhere to the Preamble, but start at s1.

Without the Preamble, they do not —

    • Recognize the living private individual people.
    • Recognize the Queen as the same
    • Recognize, require or adhere to common law
    • Recognize, require or adhere to Human Rights legislation.
    • Require signatures.
    • Require the Queen of Australia to hold the title Defender of the Faith.
    • Recognize or faith—an element of a living person.
THIS IS TREASON!!!

From that day in 1973 until now, the Australian Government has been a public corporation listed on the US Securities and Exchange Commission; not under the rules of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act Proclaimed 1 January 1901.

Simply put, the individual private men and women, who were voted in to a legal role in government to administer the civil and political rights of the men and women, ignoring their oaths to the constitutional monarch, without the approval of the People of the Commonwealth of Australia, followed an individual man without authority, EG Whitlam and removed the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia, replacing it with a form of government unknown in the contract, unknown to the People and currently referred to in its own acts as a 'foreign government of political subdivisions.'

NOTE: The legal definition of a foreign corporation is a corporation organized and chartered under the laws of another state, government or country. Because, although an obvious government body continued in the appearance of the correct body—those changes were enough to remove any continuing government from any allegiance to either the Queen, the people or the Constitutional contract.

In effect, those legal entities created an evil 'twin' government, closed down the real government and operated through the other. And by so doing, they were able to make changes that could not be called into account constitutionally, because they were not a constitutional body anymore—in terms of our contract. And not one parliamentarian or lawyer or judge spoke out to warn the people themselves.

In 1982, individuals without any authority, known as the Prime Minister of the Commonwealth and the Premiers of the States, with no referendum agreement of the People of the Commonwealth of Australia, formulated the Australia Act 1986, breaking all legislative ties between Britain and Australia.

That act was enacted to the Queen of Australia. This act is sealed with Whitlam's Seal. That was not done with the approval of the men and women of the Commonwealth of Australia, the contract holders.

Therefore this act is null and void to the People and to the constitutional Monarch Queen Elizabeth II.

All tiers and bodies of this government have an ABN number and are corporatized to the US Securities & Exchange Commission, in Washington DC. The statutory legislation of the Australian Government is chartered to the landmass of Australia, and its jurisdiction is environmental; a jurisdiction unknown to the People's Constitution.

There is so much more information that clearly shows breaches to our constitutional contract.

Courts where a man or woman wish to use their constitutional protection as defense are told by the JUDGE, "take that rubbish out of my court," or men and women who are arrested without a signed warrant from a judge, or councils who enter private property and state they have the right to do so . . . .

One judge, when handed a common law Deed of Grant—thrust it away saying "I can't look at that thing in this court."

Other people are being told by the courts, by the Lands Dept, etc., that the state owns their land; they are just residents on it.

In fact, no court in this country appears to operate under any semblance of common law—every case is instead a civil case, a contract case, a mercantile law case, etc., and money is the over-riding claim.

What authority did EG Whitlam have to do something that so gravely affected the People of the Commonwealth?

Did he have the authority of the constitutional contract? NO. Did he have the Queen's authority? NO.

Did he have the authority of the People of the Commonwealth? NO.

What authority did the Prime Minister of the Commonwealth and the Premiers of the States have to create an act that has so gravely harmed the People of the Commonwealth?

As with Whitlam—they had no authority.

Q: Where do the States stand in all this deception?

A: They have gone back to their pre-Federation Colonial Constitutions and now operate independent of each other. All bodies in State Govt. will now refer you to their State Constitution as giving them their authority.

Q: What & Who is COAG?

A: The Council of Australian Governments, comprising the Prime Minister, Premiers of the States & Territories and representatives of Local Govt.

Q: But local council does not have constitutional validity?

A: It doesn't in OUR constitution—but remember, they created a copycat copyrighted version—which is not OUR constitution, but theirs.

Q: What is COAG's role?

A: To enter into agreements between the independent states.

In 1992, without a referendum, these entities of COAG agreed to administer all legislation under environmental guidelines. However the legislation stated —

It appears they do not even honour their own legislation.

    • No Royal Seal has been used on acts passed by the Australian Government since 1973.
    • No Royal Assent has been given to any act passed by the Australian Government since 1973.
    • No Proclamation in the Government Gazette of the Commonwealth of Australia has been made since 1973.
    • No man or woman who has entered parliament since 1974 has been entering a Parliament of the People.
    • No man or woman who has entered parliament since 1973 has been operating under the Constitutional Contract—the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act Proclaimed 1 January 1901.
So this is not a government. Since 2002, it is simply a full-blown corporation.

Clearly they are not operating any government that is one approved by the People. Clearly it is a government foreign to the People. So why has the Queen not stepped in? She has been receiving a mass of documentation from Australian's desperate to understand what is happening to their rights, and she has not helped.

Many people are turning against her, which is what this corporation wants—remember all governments since Whitlam have been pushing for a republic. Why has she not helped?

Because, like everyone else, we were telling her it was a constitutional issue.

'This government aren't obeying our constitution!' 'they are breaching our constitution!'

'They need to listen to us, we are the People of the Constitution!'

For starters, we have been asking a foreign government, chartered in the USA, to do as we tell them to do.

For seconds we thought they were breaking our constitutional rules, when they actually weren't even part of that contract anymore. In fact, we the People of the Commonwealth of Australia have not had a government as we created it, since 1973. Our constitutional 'insurance' was allowed to lapse on that day and no-one told us. We are totally unprotected. But it is even worse.

I stated previously that the Queen is the only private person inside the constitution as the founder of all corporations! Well that applies to their corporation too, she was also in there as the founder BUT she had told them they must have individual contracts with the private people.

Let's look at the Corporations Act 1990 in each state, which are all current acts. Remember that Australia is now operated under a foreign corporation, statutorily legislated ONLY to the landmass.

In each State's version, the act appears to recognize private people and respect their rights. However,

    • in the NSW Act section 18 overrides the Royal Prerogative of the Queen, removing it from the Act.
    • Section 18 in the WA act does the same
    • Section 18 in the VIC act does the same
    • Section 18 in the SA act does the same
    • Section 18 in the QLD act does the same
    • Section 18 in the TAS act does the same.

I told you what the Royal Prerogative was. It is the living woman, the Queen, inside the Parliament, speaking for us, signing her assent, acting as the contract holder to protect our civil and political rights. The living woman holding the authority for any and all actions of the Parliament where the People are involved.

Removing the Royal Prerogative removes the Queen as the living woman from the Parliament. Removing the Royal Prerogative removes the authority of the Queen from the Parliament. Removing her authority removes the protection for the individual living natural people. Removing the Queen, removes our contract as the living men and women from the Parliament.

Removing all living people, removes ANY need for the following:
1. common law
2. private ownership rights
3. heirs and assigns
4. estates and wills
5. human rights legislation
6. Magna Carta
7. Bill of Rights 1649
8. Writ of Habeas Corpus

When you remove private people from a decision making process you do not have to worry about:

    • whether they have enough to eat
    • whether they have a home
    • whether they have jobs
    • whether they have access to good health care
    • whether they have access to education
    • whether they have a future
    • whether they have a voice
This is why none of our constitutional protests to the courts were heard—this corporation cannot hear what does not exist in its system.

Its employees, including the police, judges, parliamentarians, governor-generals, etc all hold a workplace agreement with a workplace number, to establish their allegiance and direct their authority, which is to the corporate rules ONLY.

Their 'head of state' is the head of the corporation—the Prime Minister—currently Scott Morrison. If you don't think he knows this, listen to him refer to 'His government,' to what he wants for Australia.

He knows exactly what power he holds. When a body operates under pure corporate rules, without a living authority, they operate wholly and solely under contract.

This foreign corporation does not have a contract with the People through our constitution, as is clear. However because we were deceived into thinking they were OUR government, they have coerced us all into entering individual contracts with them.

Think about all the new registrations, memberships, licenses, degrees, etc., we are all now expected to operate under. You are now taken to court under Planning Law, for not getting permission first.

This foreign corporation cannot see our beating hearts; it can only recognize our name on a contract.

Was this disclosed to you when you entered that contract? And more importantly, was that contract created validly under the common law jurisdiction of the owner of the land? NO!

So, where do we, the private men and women of the Commonwealth of Australia, stand now?
