FBI implicated in Anthrax Mailings Cover-up
The New York Times and Washington Post revealed that BMI, [Fort] Dugway's anthrax facility supplier and chief administrator had contracted with the CIA (in project "Clear Vision") to produce, albeit illegally, the 1 trillion spore-per-gram strain of anthrax under investigation. BMI, while heading the US military's "Joint Vaccine Acquisitions Program" worth more than $1 billion in vaccine contracts, commissioned America's top anthrax expert, William C. Patrick, III, to deliver a report on the powdered anthrax's prospects for being spread through the mail.

Eco-heretic beset by Hate Campaign
London (Times) January 13, 2002 — Bjorn Lomborg wrote a book called "The Skeptical Environmentalist," in which he doubted that many of the environmental industry's greatest fears—mass extinction of species, climate change, and population growth—were worth worrying about. 'For years, we have been hearing how the world is deteriorating. I thought that too,' said Lomborg over the weekend, 'and then I looked for the evidence and it just isn't there. In fact . . . things are getting better.'
The scientist who dared to challenge the establishment view on climate change has been subjected to a campaign of personal abuse, professional vilification and threats to his safety.

Jewish Settlers Shout
Occupied Jerusalem (IAP) January 8, 2002 — Hundreds of fanatic Jewish cultists, some armed with Uzi submachine guns, on Sunday, January 6, blocked the main Jerusalem-Hebron highway, threatening to shoot any Palestinian motorists travelling on the road. A spokesman for the mostly North American settlers said the group was protesting the "relaxation of the army blockade of Palestinian population centers." . . .
The settlers, who included women and children, shouted "Mavet le goyem" "Mavet le-arabeem"—"Death to goyim! Death to Arabs!" . . .
Most of the protesters belonged to a messianic Jewish movement known as "Gush Eminem" . . . which . . . believes that all non-Jews in Palestine should either accept the status of slaves or leave Palestine!
The movement also believes that violence and bloodshed are necessary to expedite the coming of the Mashiah or Redeemer who, according to Jewish theology, would lead the Jewish people to salvation and enable them to rule the world from Jerusalem. Full story: islamweb.net
Not by Might, Nor by Power
Occupied Jerusalem (IAP) January 12, 2002 — Representatives of the CIA and Israeli Shin Beth experts have recommended that the relatively conservative Palestinian society be flooded with pornography, drugs and gambling in order to keep Palestinian youths away from joining the resistance against Israeli occupation and apartheid.
A high-ranking Palestinian intelligence officer has intimated that American and Israeli intelligence experts discussed "this issue" many times. . . The officer said Israeli Shin Beth had already instructed some independent television stations in the West Bank to screen "liberal and semi-pornographic movies."
Israel had used drugs and sexual blackmail intensively prior to the Oslo Accords for the purpose of enlisting Palestinian collaborators for the Shin Beth. . .
Israeli Roots of Hamas
Speaking at a public event in Jerusalem, US Ambassador to Israel Daniel Kurtzer said that the growth of Hamas and Islamic Jihad is a direct product of Israeli policy. According to a report in the December 21 Ha'aretz, Kurtzer claimed that the growth of the "Islamic Movement"—as opposed to the Yasser Arafat-led Palestine Liberation Organisation—in the Palestinian territories, in recent decades, occurred "with the tacit support of Israel." Kurtzer then explained, that during the 1980s, "Israel perceived it to be better, to have people turning toward religion, rather than toward a nationalistic cause." As a result of Israel's sponsoring of religion, at the expense of education, there are now Palestinians who are "determined terrorists that use religious beliefs in a perverted way, to appeal to the masses."
In an interview appearing in the December 11 issue of the Italian daily, Corriere della Sera, Arafat said, 'We are doing everything to stop the violence. But Hamas is a creature of Israel, which at the time of Prime Minister Shamir, gave them money . . . Even [former Prime Minister Yitzhak] Rabin ended up admitting it, when I charged him with it, in the presence of [Egyptian President Hosni] Mubarak." In another interview in the Italian weekly L'Espresso, Arafat said Israel's "aim was to create an organisation antagonistic to the PLO. They received financing and training from Israel. They have continued to benefit from permits and authorisations . . . Rabin himself defined it as a fatal error" (C.E.C. Australian Alert Service, Vol. 4, No. 01 p. 11).

Space Preservation Act of 2001 (HR 2977)
January 13, 2002 — A Bill was introduced . . . that would ban chemtrails and mind control weapons in space . . . "psychotronic" devices that are "directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of . . . mood management, or mind control."
This suggests the US military must already have developed classified mood and mind control weapons that can be used in space and that . . . government has information about chemtrails. (See Newsletter 174).

UN Depopulation Fund
It is expected that President Bush will decide this Wednesday whether the US government will financially support the UN Population Fund (UNFPA).
UNFPA is the UN agency that promotes population control and . . . has been implicated in forced abortions in China and forced sterilizations in Peru.

Three Kinds of Believer
God made a covenant of Grace with the Gentile Abraham and his seed forever. True natural Israel is the pure Adamic bloodline from Abraham continued through Isaac and Jacob to the present day, for "the life is in the blood." The pure blood line of Israel with the promise of Abraham had the smitten rock, the brass serpent, the Pillar of Cloud and Fire and a vindicated prophet led by the Angel of the Lord to guide them to the Promised Land and go before them in battle.
The life is in the blood, and God's Promise was to an election among Abraham's natural seed and the seed of Adam who received the faith of Abraham, married into the Tribes and dwelt in the land of rest. The mixed multitude who traveled with them were subject to the Law of Moses and shared in material blessings during the exodus journey but had no inheritance in the Promised Land. They type the foolish virgin and other classes of the "saved" who receive the temporal blessings of Calvary through the sanctifying Presence of the Word they (unconsciously) honor, so long as Christ's Bride—who is God's manifested Word—is on Earth.
True Spiritual Israel is the promise of Abraham manifest in God's elect Church that has been purged of sin by the blood of Abraham's Royal Seed in an invisible union or marriage. Eternal Life is in the Word that was made flesh and blood in Jesus Christ (Revelation 1:5). Jesus said, "Whoso eats My flesh, and drinks My blood, has eternal Life; and I will raise him up at the last day" (John 6:54).
This Man Jesus Messiah was Abraham's promised Seed. As Paul explained: "To Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He said not, 'And to seeds', as of many; but as of one, 'And to your seed' (singular), which is Christ . . . For you are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Judean nor Gentile, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for you are all one in Christ Jesus [when you have been baptized into Christ by the Holy Spirit]. And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise" (Galatians 3:16, 27-29).
Isaiah 53:10 prophesied, "It is God's good plan to grievously bruise Messiah and wound Him to death: but when His soul has been made an offering for sin, then shall He see His seed. He shall live again, and God's program of redemption and eternal Life shall prosper in His hands." Since God poured all of His nature and character into Christ, and Christ poured the fullness of His nature and character into His Church (John 17:21-22).
As natural life can only reproduce itself by passing through the body of a husband to his wife so the Life of Christ must pass through His Body, His Bride, in order to multiply His Seed. This explains why no one can be born-again in this day under a denominational ministry. The true Church is the Blood of Christ by the new birth or baptism of the Holy Ghost because His Life is in the Blood of the PRESENT Truth.
Only the Presence of the Holy Ghost in the Bride has restrained Rome's world dominion. When the Blood of Christ departs in the translation of the Bride, the Spirit will anoint two Hebrew prophets in Israel as His sole witnesses on Earth, and Satan, having been cast out of heavenly places whence he has accused the righteous, will take dominion over his subjects in a New World Order, incarnate in that man of sin, the Pope of Rome (II Thessalonians 2:6-8).
Without the presence of the living body Word of the Bride, nothing will restrain Satan but the spoken Word of Israel's two prophets (Revelation 11:3-10). This will be the time of "Jacob's trouble" when Jerusalem will become Satan's seat and Rome's capital. The Vatican and Israel have already signed the agreement, as reported in Newsletters 028; 059; 128; 140. And as it is today, Jerusalem will continue to be ruled by Gentiles until the destruction of all life on earth (Daniel 9:27; 11:45; Malachi 1:3-5; Luke 21:24; Revelation 11:1-2).
Jeremiah 30:3-22, 24, "THUS SAITH THE LORD, the time is coming when I will restore the fortunes of My people Israel and Judah and cause them to return to the Land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it. For they cry in a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. Do men travail in childbirth? Then why do they stand ashen-faced, hands pressed against their sides like women in labor?"
"Alas! In all of history when has there ever been a time of such terror as in this coming day? It will be a time of unequalled trouble for My people Jacob/Israel [as distinct from Esau/Edom, who as "Jews" are the Gentiles who will trouble Israel from within unto the consummation]; but he shall be saved out of it" (Matthew 24:29-31; Revelation 7:1-8). All 144,000 elect Israelites shall be born-again, and then martyred.
"For in that day, says the Lord of hosts, I will break the oppressor's yoke from off their necks, and burst their chains, and strangers [Hebrew "zuwr"—physical Serpent's seed, or self-styled Canaanite and Edomite "Jews," Genesis 27:39-41] shall no longer be their masters: but they shall serve the Lord their God, and David's descendant their king, whom I will raise up for them. So fear not, Jacob My servant, be not dismayed, O Israel: for I will bring you home from distant lands and your seed from their exile; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid for I am with you and I will save you. Even if I utterly destroy all nations whither I have scattered you, I will not make a full end of you: but I will correct you in measure, you will not go unpunished. For your bruise is incurable, and your wound, [like that of Messiah you crucified—Isaiah 53:10; Matthew 27:25], is grievous unto death. There is no one to help or to bind you up, and you have no healing medicines. All your lovers have deserted you [like Rome and the self-styled Edomite "Jews" who will betray the elect Israelites in the midst of Daniel's Seventieth Week]; they don't care for you anymore; for I have wounded you cruelly as though I were your enemy, mercilessly as though I were an implacable foe, for your sins are so many, your guilt so great."
". . . and you shall be My people, and I will be your God . . . The Lord will not call off the fierceness of His wrath until He has executed the terrible destruction He has planned. In the last days you will understand this prophecy" (through the feast of Trumpets revealed by the two witnesses of Zechariah 4 and Revelation 11).
So long as the blood of Christ is on earth in Bride form everyone in Adam's race who is sanctified can thus maintain his name on the Book of Life, die in an old age, and be granted in to eternal Life at the White Throne Judgment. By having the Token on display and holding it over his family, friends and acquaintances, the Christian sanctifies his environment and all within that atmosphere who act with respect are sanctified by God's Word, conscious not of the Christian but of "Christ in Him." Christ can convict and bring them to repentance, faith, sanctification, and even regeneration (II Corinthians 5:12-20; I Peter 3:1-20).
However your Token which is the evidence of the Life of Christ in you is not like a magic wand that can be waved to guarantee salvation and even the new birth as some men preach. For God has placed each individual on the basis of free moral agency to decide whether to choose or to refuse His will and His way. These blessings derive by grace through faith in the individual.
When the last elect hears his name called from the Lamb's Book of Life and is born-again, mercy is replaced by judgment. The Gentile dispensation will close, and the manifestation of the Sons of God will commence to build translation faith in Christ's Bride. "The wrongdoer will become more wicked, and the vile more vile, while the righteous and holy will preserve their status" (Revelation 22:11).
Once the blood is lifted, nothing will create the atmosphere of sanctification except the lives and ministries of the two prophets to Israel and those who receive their Message. For Satan having been cast down will incarnate Earth's most honored "man of sin" and persecute the foolish virgin, other classes of the "saved" and the 144,000 elect Israelites unto death. And all of Adam's race whose names are not written in the Lamb's Book of Life will worship Satan incarnate and have their names struck from the Book of Life, or refuse the mark of the beast and surrender their mortal lives in order to preserve their place in the Book of Life and salvation.
Abraham took his nephew Lot with him when he journeyed from Ur of the Chaldees in southern Babylonia where the deity was Allah, the moon god. Lot was a type of the non-elect: he was mayor of the city of Sodom, a big shot, with the choicest grazing land, a nominal believer without revelation. And like Noah's family, Lot's house was "saved" through tribulation, but like Ham and Mrs. Noah, Lot's wife was afterward lost, and being inebriated he was seduced by his two daughters, who bore him Moab and Benammi, the illegitimate fathers of the Moabites and Ammonites.
Deuteronomy 23:2-4 states: "a bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the Lord [or the communion of the Covenant and election]; he shall not enter into the congregation of the Lord even to his tenth generation. An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the congregation of the Lord; even to their tenth generation they shall not enter into the congregation of the Lord forever. Because they met you not with bread and with water in the way, when you came forth out of Egypt; and because they hired Balaam the son of Beor of Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you".
In Scripture a bastard (Hebrew "mamzer") refers to one born of incest or adultery (Judges 11:1-7) or miscegenation with a foreigner not of Adam's race (i.e. hybrid with the Serpent's seed as in Zechariah 9:6). In Hebrews 12:8, "If you are without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are you bastards, and not sons," the Greek equivalent "nothos" is used to denote hybrids or mongrels who cannot share the privileges of God's children. These are natural and spiritual Serpent's seed who falsely claim God as their Father through the new birth but being unable to receive correction by the Word, prove they have no Word birth (Matthew 24:24; John 10:1-5).
Individuals born of adultery or incest like Moab and Ammon, or the fruit of racial miscegenation like Cain or the Amorites and their offspring, were born contrary to the Word and are not Attributes of the Word in God's thoughts from the foundation of the world. But if they are in Adam's race, their name was on the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, and provided it remains, they are "saved." But they can never be redeemed as born-again Sons because God is only redeeming His Word, or buying back his manifested Attributes represented by the names of His elect on the Lamb's Book of Life.
The male posterity of Moab and Ammon although Adamic, and Semitic, shall not enter the congregation of the Lord or be born-again even to their tenth generation. That is, never, because they sinned against their better knowledge in conscious enmity against their kinsman, Israel, hiring the prophet Balaam who substituted his own teaching for the Word of the Lord and led the children of Israel into mongrelization which was Lot's downfall. But the curse meant for Israel fell upon Moab and Ammon (Genesis 12:3).
As Israel's kinsmen, Moab and Ammon, type today's denominations that read the same Bible and worship the same God as His elected, but whose hireling ministers like Balaam substitute human reasoning for God's revealed Word. They are just as fundamental as we are, but without a Word birth they are the bastard children of creed and man-made traditions hybrid with the Word and who curse and hinder Christ's Bride on her journey to the Millennium. These are make-believers, not Word-born believers.
Moab organized and rejected the Leadership of the Holy Spirit like the church natural which is also born of adultery. God's elect Church on the other hand, like Israel, is unorganized but Spirit-led. Whenever an elect catches the revelation of the Word for His day and is born-again, he is put out from his denomination, or has had to depart. The denominations have shown us no hospitality in any Age.
Like Balaam and Cain the hierarchy knows the Truth, but fearful of losing their influence over the people they curse those who won't submit to them. They refuse God's Word by His vindicated prophet and defiantly follow Head Office. Yet in spite of this, God sends the Holy Spirit upon them for the rain falls on the just and the unjust. But signs and speaking with other tongues are no evidence of the new birth which takes a life manifesting the PRESENT Truth.
Balaam taught Balak to stumble the children of Israel by inviting them to a united meeting where they committed fornication. Emperor Constantine caused the nominal church to stumble by inviting them to a united meeting at the First Nicaea Council. There they committed spiritual fornication with human reasoning against their espoused Husband, the Word. And right now Mr. Rockefeller with his World Council of Churches and the Pope are enticing the nominal churches and all religions into an unholy alliance wherein they will crucify unto themselves the Son of God afresh and put Him to an open shame.
Cain, the mongrel son of the Serpent and Eve was not Adam's child, but in his worship he was as fundamental as Abel. Cain believed in God, He belonged to a church, a top denomination; he made sacrifices, knelt at the altar and prayed, worshipped God and tithed. And if that was all God required, Cain was as justified as Abel. But God will only receive an offering of our sacrifice if it is of faith—a clear revelation of the PRESENT Truth of His Word—what Jesus is doing NOW (Hebrews 11-4-6). People don't seem to understand that the church of the living God is built upon spiritual revelation of the Word. Jesus said, "On the rock of Spiritual revelation from the Father, I will build My Church. And the gates of hell shall not stand against faith." Like Cain they've learned the fundamentals of the letter of God's Word without faith or spiritual understanding of what it means.
The land God promised to Abraham was inhabited by the physical Serpent's seed descended from Cain through Canaan, the mongrel son of Ham and the wife Noah brought with him in the ark (Genesis 9:18-27; 10:15-20). God told Abram, "You shall go to your fathers in peace and be buried in a good old age. But in the fourth generation Israel shall come here again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full . . . In the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, 'Unto your seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river Euphrates: the Kenites [NOT the Midianite tribe into which Moses married], and the Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Rephaims, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites' . . . " (Genesis 15:15-21).
These tribes that Israel would dispossess were physical Serpent's seed, and also unbelievers. Once again (despite what some teach) we find physical Serpent's seed on this side of the Flood. God promised Abraham Israel would be in Egyptian bondage for four generations until the iniquity of unbelieving physical Serpent's seed in the Promised Land reached the depths of depravity; then a vindicated prophet led by the Angel of the Lord would guide them to the Promised Land and lead them in battle.
Egypt types sin and also the church that ruled over us while the Bible was sealed with Seven Seals. Israel types Christ's Bride coming out of the church at the end of the fourth generation or Fourth Seal (Matthew 25:6; II Thessalonians 2:1; Revelation 10:7; 18:4). Like Israel the Bride was in bondage by Nicolaitanism and Balaamism to a church that cares not a tinker's damn for our Token.
God separated our people by His vindicated prophet William Branham who had two signs just like Moses. As the great multitude followed Moses, millions were liberated under the Cloud, and baptized in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ; we ate the same spiritual meat of the Message of the angel to the Laodicean Church Age. But like all those who left Egypt in Israel's exodus, very few of those who left denominationalism entered in to the Promised Word. Since the Laodicean Age ended almost forty years ago, most have wandered in a Pentecostal wilderness of sin and perished.
Moses types church organization which failed God for when God said, "Speak to this Rock," he glorified himself by striking it a second time, showing in type the insufficiency of PART-Word and a Mediator (as Moses was) to translate the Church Age saints into the Millennium; and how Brother Branham and all of the Pentecostal (or PART-Word) saints die before they can enter the Promised Land. This also demonstrated how the church natural will crucify unto itself the Son of God afresh, which would bring forth the waters of Life in a double portion to regenerate and enable Christ's end-time Bride to change in the Atoms.
As Israel was led to final victory by Joshua and Caleb, we are led by our Joshua, the Holy Spirit, who strictly follows THUS SAITH THE LORD of the Message He inspired to His prophet, for He commanded Joshua: "observe to do all the Law which Moses commanded" (Joshua 1:7). Our Caleb is the five-fold ministry that strictly obeya Joshua and fights by his side.
It won't be long now before the fourth generation or Fourth Seal is fulfilled, marking the close of the Gentile dispensation. One spring we shall reach Jordan and the dead in Christ shall begin to resurrect, while we who are alive and remain manifest the Sons of God. When the day of Pentecost is fully come, again, we will change and be caught up together with them in the Clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
So we see there are three kinds of believer, and they are all in the church today. The genuine believer or elect of God typed by Israel; the make-believer typed by Balaam and the Moabites who type the denominations today, and the unbeliever typed by the Amorites who represent the physical Serpent's seed whose names were never on the Book of Life, along with the spiritual Serpent's seed who take the mark of the beast and whose names will be removed from the Book of Life. nl208.htm
