Abram's new name, Abraham, means "Father of the Gentiles" as the Lord God foreknew Israel would reject and murder the Seed of Promise as they rejected their blood oath on Mount Sinai and circumvented the Law by subterfuge by instrumentality of its antithesis, the Talmud. "Now if you have been baptized into Christ, you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise."

The Guilty Lamb
"Muslims can't be respected if a simple come-on like wasting of the Koran works them up into frenzy," exclaims Jeff Jacoby, "and then go around murdering innocent folk; while "decent people," Catholics, Jews and Buddhists take it easy if "someone has offended their religious sensibilities".
If that were the case, we still may respect the Muslim world. Our indifference to sacrilege and their awareness of things sacred would imply that our profaned civilisation is doomed to extinction to be replaced by the Muslim one, alive and vibrant.
But this is not the case at all. Jacoby is speaking through his hat. His piece reminded me, an Israeli writer from Jaffa, of a Jewish joke: "Is it true that Katz won a million dollars in a lottery?" "Yes, it is true, but it was poker, not a lottery; ten dollars, not a million, and he lost, not won." Every statement in Jacoby's piece is wrong, and this is no small achievement.

Thy Seed shall inherit the Nations
The objective of Christian ministry today is to preach Christ's Bride into the rapture.
In order to achieve this God has to replace the hopeful optimism, religious psychology, myths and traditions of the Church Age saints with unadulterated faith: a clear understanding of the mind of Christ, which is THUS SAITH THE LORD (John 17:20-26). And He sent His prophet to "restore the apostolic faith" (Malachi 4:5-6; Matthew 17:11; Acts 3:21), "finish the mystery of God," and call out the wise and foolish virgin (Acts 3:21-23; Revelation 10:7; 18:4). The wise who will change in the atoms without death must recognize their day and its Message in order to identify their place in Scripture and see that part of God's Word written in their lives.
To this intent His Prophet revealed the mystery of the Seven Church Ages of Revelation 2-3 so we could know which Scriptures are already fulfilled and see their place in history. Without this assurance we would find ourselves like the Lutherans, Methodists, and Pentecostals, impersonating a genuine move of God from some bygone day instead of walking in the Light Jesus is manifesting for this day.
We unite with God as we become one by faith in His Word, not by speculation. If we are to realize the love of God which casts out fear we must know the present Truth, and see that part of the Word living through us.
Prior to the revelation of the Seven Seals in 1963 the saints possessed only PART-Word thus their faith also was partial (I Corinthians 13:10-13) and their focus of ministry was justification by faith—constantly proving "the old, old story, of Jesus and His love"—which is all they knew absolutely because the Book was sealed. Still, they worked to uncover "the secret things that belong to God," and wrote commentaries that sought to explain what the Bible means. And although God raised teachers whose scholarship will never be surpassed, "the mystery of the seven thunders was sealed unto the time of the end . . . when in the days of the Voice of the seventh angel the mystery of God spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began should be finished".
The end-times began in 1963 with the revelation of the Seven Seals so the focus of our ministry is redemption revealed (Daniel 12:4, 9; Revelation 10:4, 7). We now have the facts: how God redeemed His elect in each age; who they were and who we are. So the ministry of Christ's end-time Bride is sharing this revelation with many nations, and tribes, and kings (Revelation 10:8-11).
Now that we see the Word "face to face and know even as we are known," it takes minutes to discern whether or not a person is born-again. Give them the Word test. Since we now have the perfect revelation of the Word we rest in Christ and relax from our labors in this holy convocation of the fiftieth day of the Pentecostal Feast, no longer tempted to presume to "work out" what God means. Since "the mystery of God is finished," our doubts are finished because we know who we are.
So long as the Book was sealed the Church Age saints had only PART-Word and Christ was a Mediator who interceded for their ignorance of the fullness. And accepting their revelation of the Word for their day He placed their ignorance under the Blood, and baptized them into the Body. However when the last saint predestinated to the Laodicea Church Age was redeemed His mediation was fulfilled and the Blood went off the Mercy Seat which became the Judgment Seat, from which came lightnings, and thunderings, and voices (Revelation 4).
Once the "evidence" of new birth was being under the shed Blood of an innocent Substitute by the manifested revelation of the PART-Word for your day. Today the "evidence" of the new birth is the Token by a revelation of the fullness. The Token on display is "evidence" of the Life of Christ in you.
Yesterday, as Son of God, He was your Savior. Today as Son of Man, He is your Judge—if you are not born-again.
Christ is not seeking intellectual zealots with an encyclopedic knowledge of Scripture and the Message. These are designed to reproduce the Life of Jesus Christ in His end-time Bride, the Token on display. "And when I see the Token on display, Death will pass over you. . . You will do the greater works" in the manifestation of the Sons of God, and change in the atoms after the Holy Spirit has been waved in you as it was waved in Christ.
God's Word is for "the wayfaring men and fools." So it pleases He who hides in simplicity to reveal Himself in humility by "the foolishness of preaching" and declare future Spiritual realities by natural shadows and types (Isaiah 35:9; I Corinthians 1:22; Exodus 25:9; Hebrews 10:1). And as the great patriarchs, Isaac, Jacob and Moses found their brides by wells of water it is by the water way of Acts 2:38-39 our Lord Jesus Christ presents Himself to His Church today:
In the water way is the Light today,
Buried in the precious Name of Jesus.
Young and old repent of all your sins,
The Holy Ghost will surely enter in.
The evening light has come.
It is a fact that God and Christ are One.The account of Jacob, Rachel and Leah in Genesis 29-32 types Jesus Christ, who was obliged to redeem Leah/natural Israel the elder on Calvary before he could marry her younger sister Rachel/Spiritual Israel. He served and patiently endured for His Bride with great and severe toil as Jacob did all things for Rachel, her type.
We have a similar type in the Book of Ruth where Boaz, who types Christ, had first to redeem Naomi/Israel before he could marry Ruth, the beautiful Gentile Bride.
Short-sighted Leah types the married and divorced natural Israel, of whom Moses said, "yet God has not given you hearts that understand, eyes that see, or ears that hear" (Deuteronomy, 29:1-4). Israel's myopia extended through the ministries of the prophets Isaiah, Jeremiah (29:19), Zechariah (1:4-6), Jesus Messiah (Matthew 23:33-39) and Paul (Romans 11:25) to the present day. But soon their eyes will be opened by the Hebrew prophets of Zechariah 4 and Revelation 11.
While Leah was fruitful Rachel long remained barren, afterwards bearing Joseph, the perfect type of Christ. And while he was in Egypt with his Gentile wife and offspring and absent from his brethren, Rachel gave birth to Benjamin. He types the 144,000 elect Israelites living today, born during Christ's absence with His Gentile Bride. They will be re-born when they recognize their crucified and risen Brother.
Immediately after Jacob consummated Leah/Israel's seven-day wedding ceremony, a type of Israel's equivalent to our Seven Church Ages (William Branham, The Patmos Vision, 109:195), he took to wife Rachel, foreshadowing Jesus Christ would wed His Bride of "whomsoever will" from Adam's race fifty days after paying Israel's ransom. And as Jacob took upon himself an additional seven years service for Rachel (Genesis 29:27-28), a type of the servitude of a Hebrew slave (Exodus 21:2), our Lord likewise bound Himself to serve seven times more as Mediator for the imperfect faith of the Church Age saints.
In the prophecy of Zechariah 11:10-13, the services of Jesus Christ, the Good Shepherd are contemptuously valued at the price of a slave who has died in service. This scornful rejection was indignantly rebuked by the Lord as it would have been even had there been no sale by Judas for that precise sum of thirty pieces of silver (Matthew 26:14-15).
In history the money which the wretched traitor had received from the priests and elders was returned to them, and when they declined to take it back, Judas "cast down the pieces of silver in the temple;" but the chief priests, unwilling to apply the coin to any sacred use, devoted it to the purchase "the potter's field, to bury strangers in." A field doubtless selected because it was so broken and marred as to be unfit for farming. Thus divine providence brought a striking correspondence between the symbolical treatment and action of the prophet and the actual course of events in the betrayal and rejection of our Savior whom God calls "My Servant" (Isaiah 49 and 52).
Rachel clung to the images by which her father Laban divined, perfectly portraying the Church when she left Rome in the Reformation, stealing the Trinity, baptism in Titles, apostle's creed and catechisms of her father, church organization. And as Jacob swore, "with whomsoever you find your gods, let him not live," the Church Age saints enter the Presence via the grave, while Christ's end-time Bride with the fullness of the Word and no Roman idols but the Token on display will not taste death.
As a Hebrew bond servant was to be released in the seventh year, Jacob was discharged once he had fulfilled his obligation, and Christ was released from His intercessory work in the seventh Church Age. Then the Seven Seals were opened to reveal the Word in its fullness for His end-time Bride. Yet was each man restrained from taking his bride to his father's place.
Genesis 30:25-36, "It came to pass, when Rachel had born Joseph, that he said to Laban, Send me away, that I may go to my own place, and to my country. Give me my wives and my children, for whom I have served you, and let me go: for you know my service which I have done you."
"And Laban said to him, Please stay, if I have found favor in your eyes, for I have learned by experience that the Lord has blessed me for your sake. Name your wages, and I will give it."
"So Jacob said to him, You know how I have served you, and how your livestock has been with me. For what you had before I came was little, and it has increased to a multitude; and the Lord has blessed you since my coming. And now, when shall I provide for my own house?"
"And he said, What shall I give you? And Jacob said, You shall not give me anything. If you will do this thing for me, I will again feed and keep your flocks. Let me pass through all your flock today, removing all the speckled and spotted sheep, and all the brown ones among the lambs, and the spotted and speckled among the goats: and these shall be my wages. So shall my righteousness answer for me in time to come, when the subject of my hire comes before you: every one that is not speckled and spotted among the goats, and brown among the sheep, will be considered stolen if it is with me."
"And Laban said, Let it be according to your word."
[Eastern sheep being generally white, the goats black, and spotted or speckled ones comparatively few and rare, Jacob proposed to remove all existing ones of that description from the flock, and to be content with what might appear at the next lambing time]).
"So that very day Laban went out and formed a flock for Jacob of all the he goats that were ringed and spotted, and all the she goats that were speckled and spotted with any white patches, and all of the black sheep, and gave them to Jacob's sons to take three days' distance, and Jacob stayed and cared for Laban's flocks".
As the unprized variegated animals were Jacob's wage, human beings despised by the world are the wages of our Lord. Psalm 2:28, "Ask of Me, and I will give You the heathen for Your inheritance, the uttermost parts of the earth for Your possession."
As prophesied in Zechariah 11:11, "the poor of the flock that waited upon Me knew that it was the Word of the Lord." This Jesus confirms in John 10:3-5, "He calls His own sheep by name, and leads them out. He goes before them and the sheep follow Him, for they know His Voice." (His Voice in His Word).
Jacob's wages was his Third Pull, a type of Christ and Brother Branham's Third Pull to gather the end-time Bride: the "Shout" of I Thessalonians 4:16, Ephesians 1:10, Revelation 10:7, 18:4, Matthew 22:9-10 and 25:6, "Go into the highways, and as many as you shall find, bid to the marriage. So the servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests".
Like Christ after the Church Ages, Jacob wanted to take his bride and offspring to receive the inheritance God had promised in the vision of the ladder reaching to heaven with His angels ascending and descending on it. But Jacob had to manifest in the presence of Esau (who had come to a place of no more repentance) that He was an overcomer and a son of God, as in the manifestation of the Sons of God our Third Pull will vindicate God in us in the presence of our enemies who have come to the place of no more repentance.
At lambing time next spring, Jacob's wages of strong, spotted goats and colored sheep were more abundant than Laban's increase, and the Lord told Him to return to the Promised Land. And it was some time after Brother Branham had preached the Seven Seals before the spring lambs of his Bride ministry were born of the revelation of their new Message, leaving their denominational PART-Word in-laws for the Homeland of the fullness of the Word.
While the Church Age saints wrestled with the Scripture, we take the open Book from the Angel's hand and prevail by becoming one with the Word. The speckled and spotted flock represents Christ's end-time Bride, unwelcomed by the denominations and gathered both bad and good from the hedges and highways.
As Christ's little lambs, we matured, recognizing the Shepherd of our souls is no longer in the office of Son of God and Mediator, but Son of Man and Judge. And that we must rest beneath the SON-Light of the Message until the warmth of its rays have seasoned all the greenness out of us and brought us to maturity in the fullness of the Word with the Token on display for the manifestation of the Sons of God and the translation.
Like Laban, the denominations were given the preference to take first choice. They witnessed Brother Branham's First and Second Pulls but turned back to their traditions before many of us spring lambs had been born the first time (II Peter 2:22). So in our day, Israel's apostasy foretold in Isaiah 52:13-15, has come upon the Gentile denominations which rejected "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever," veiled behind William Branham and revealed by the Messianic sign of Hebrews 4:12 promised in Luke 17:28-30, and His parousia Coming in the revelation of the Seven Seals (Acts 3:21-23; I Corinthians 13:10; Revelation 10:1-7). Having dealt prudently, and been exalted and extolled by Governor Pontius Pilate, witnesses were horrified and appalled by the brutality of Messiah's disfigurement which has left Gentile kings dumb before Him in reverence, whereas Israel felt only aversion for Him.
Thus it has happened, that those to whom He was announced in advance by every prophet of God from Abel to Malachi did not recognize Him, whereas we Gentiles who knew nothing of Him in advance saw and understood (Isaiah 65:1; 66:19; Romans 15:20-22). However, now the Gentile denominations to whom His parousia Coming was foretold by many prophets from Enoch to Brother Branham are crucifying unto themselves the Son of God afresh.
Isaiah prophesied further shadows and types, many of which have already been fulfilled.
Isaiah 53:1-12 brings in unbelieving Israel and confirms the converse implied in Isaiah 52:15b that they have not believed the announcements of the prophets concerning Messiah which they have heard, nor understood the revelation of the divine power of salvation imparted but refused. "How few have believed our report on Messiah? Who will listen? To whom is the saving power of the Lord revealed? In God's eyes He was like a tender green shoot, sprouting from a root in dry and sterile ground: but when Israel saw him He had no attractiveness at all, nothing to make us desire Him. He is despised and rejected of men—a man of sorrows, acquainted with grief. We turned our backs on Him and looked the other way when He went by."
Now the penitent Israelites speak, acknowledging His horrific appearance is explained by the punishment of their sins being laid upon Him as kinsman Redeemer so that through Him they might find peace and healing. "Yet it was our griefs He bore, our sorrows that burdened Him in the salvation of Israel [while we toiled in vain trying to work out our own salvation]: yet we treated Him as a leper, smitten and afflicted of God in punishment for His own sins."
"But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: He was chastised that we might have peace; He was lashed—and we are healed. It is we who have gone astray like sheep! We who turned from the paths of righteousness to follow our own way. Yet the Lord laid on Him the iniquity of all of us".
This is the revelation of every Hebrew convert since the day of Pentecost and will be the faith of the 144,000 elect Israelites according to Zechariah 12-13 when God opens their eyes. The next three verses are spoken by the prophet Isaiah:
"He was oppressed, and He was afflicted, yet He never said a word: He was brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb He stood silent before His accusers. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare His generation? For He was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of My people He was stricken. He was buried with the wicked [but honorably with the rich] because He had done no violence, neither was any deceit in His mouth" (Luke 22:37).
Christ suffered in consequence of the "loophole" of grace God provided in His Law whereby the life of worthy and willing near kinsman could be substituted as a sin offering. Therefore, sheep, goats and the red heifer were a temporary substitute and foreshadow of Messiah. Although innocent, they were not propitiation because they are not kin to man and had no soul that could come back upon the sinner. No man born through human relationship was acceptable. But Jesus Christ the last Adam was virgin-born and worthy. He became kinsman Redeemer for the first Adam and his seed, and is "the beginning of the creation of God," a new generation of God-men. He was the acceptable sacrifice God offered to Himself in satisfaction of the wages of sin. Messiah is "the arm or strength of the Lord," more powerful than "the strength of the Law, which is sin," for He rose victorious over the grave and has bequeathed his strength to us since "He was delivered for our offenses, and raised again for our justification" (Romans 4:25; 6:23; I Corinthians 15:56).
"Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise and fill Him with grief. When God has made His soul an offering for sin, He will see His seed, the new race of God-men. He shall live forever as their Head, and the counsel of the Lord will be accomplished by Him."
Now God speaks, "When He sees that all is accomplished by the anguish of His soul, He shall be satisfied. By His knowledge My righteous Servant will justify many for He will bear their iniquities" (Romans 3:21-26; I Timothy 2:4).
"Therefore I will give Him the honors of one who is mighty and great, because He has poured out His soul unto death. He was accounted a sinner and He bore the sin of many, and interceded with God for sinners".
Isaiah 54:1, "Sing, O barren Rachel/Church, you who did not bear; break forth into loud and joyful singing, you who did not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married and deserted wife, Leah/Israel, [or the denominational churches of today (II Timothy 3:1-8; Jude 8-13)] says the Lord".
This verse points back to Isaiah 52:10-15 which speaks of the Lord God revealing Messiah, His strong right "arm," to "all nations who had not heard of Him, for all the ends of the earth shall see the glory of God." And also to Isaiah 53:8, 10, 12, which speaks of Rachel, the New Testament Church which is His predominately Gentile offspring and Abraham's seed by the baptism with the Holy Ghost.
Galatians 3:26-29, "We are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Judahite nor Gentile, bond nor free, male nor female: for we are all one in Christ Jesus. And if we are Christ's, then we are Abraham's seed, and all of God's promises to him belong to us".
Isaiah 49 likewise prophesies that Zion's children are the predominately Gentile saints of the New Testament Church, not Leah/Israel. Earthly Zion or Jerusalem is the repudiated married wife put away for her unfaithfulness. Zion will be forgiven and restored when she recognizes and receives the redemption Christ has purchased with His own Blood.
The long-forsaken wife will recognize the Gentile Bride as a new progeny. "But our mother city is the heavenly Jerusalem which is free and not enslaved to Jewish laws as the earthly Jerusalem, like Abraham's slave-wife and her son who was not born of faith, like Isaac, and could not inherit the promise. This is what Isaiah meant when he wrote, Rejoice, you barren that bore not; break forth and cry, you who travailed not: for the desolate has many more children than she who has a husband" (Galatians 4:26-27).
The desolate repudiated wife is Old Testament Israel—Hagar and Ishmael or earthly Zion and Jerusalem—who forsook God's Word for "The Traditions of the Elders," making His promise to Abraham's Seed of no effect to themselves (Isaiah 54:6; 49:21). This proves that the product of prophecy, Spiritual Israel, is the New Testament Church, for we have met the Angel of the Lord and overcome (Revelation 10:1-6,9).
Despite what deceivers in the circle of this Message would have you to believe, at no time in the history of the elect Church has earthly Jerusalem held more than a historic attraction to Christians. The aberration of the Crusades had nothing to do with Jesus Christ or Christianity but was a violent stratagem of the Judaeo-Roman Catholic church.
Isaac (Genesis 27:39-41), Daniel 2; 9:27, Malachi 1:1-5, Jesus Christ (Luke 21:24) and John (Revelation 11:1-8; 17) prophesy earthly Jerusalem will be "trodden down" by non-Semitic, anti-Semitic Gentiles from Nebuchadnezzar's conquest of Judea to the consummation of all life on earth. Whereas earthly Jerusalem will be destroyed without trace along with the works of men's hands, heavenly Jerusalem is the Church with the elect of all ages described in Isaiah 54:11-17. We will descend from God out of heaven as a Bride adorned for her Husband.
In Revelation 7:1-8 John recognized his kinsmen, the redeemed 144,000 elect Israelites, but could not identify the Gentile Bride, "a great multitude that no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, standing before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes with palms in their hands . . ." (Revelation 7:9-17).
We are Zion's new progeny. Our number is so vast that the boundary of Jerusalem, in John's day, about one by one and a quarter miles, will be extended to 1,500 by 1,500 miles and the sides of the pyramid-shaped city will measure 1,500 miles (Revelation 21:15-17). The children of redeemed Zion will be the Gentile Church. New Jerusalem will inherit the nations, as Noah prophesied: "God will enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem" (Genesis 9:27; 28:14; Isaiah 54:1-3).
Abraham's seed is the baptism with the Holy Ghost or new birth which in each of the New Testament dispensations is the product of a life lived by a clear revelation of the Word for that Age. At the end of the Message to each dispensation Jesus says, "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the true and false Churches"—His promise and His reproach.
One of the most significant yet least understood of all Scriptures is I John 1:7, which I shall paraphrase to embolden its Message: "If our lives are the manifestation of God's present Truth—what Jesus is doing now—we have fellowship with God (as Adam and Eve fellowshipped with Him in the cool of the evening), and have come under the Blood of Jesus Christ His Son (as God placed them under the blood of innocent lambs), are born-again and free from all sin".
These verses expose the doctrine of Two Souls as error. A Brother wrote this week to say, "My pastor does not believe in two souls, but believes the old soul dies, and a new soul is received."
When I went to school one sole plus another sole equaled two dead fish. I now believe one old soul plus another new soul is the equivalent of two souls. But our Brother continues:
"When an Elect is born, a tiny soul so to speak is placed on their soul, and when the Truth of God is waved over that person, there is a Conception."
"We are dead, and our life is hid in Christ Jesus."
"When a person is born again, something dies, and something comes into a new life. Our Body did not die, and our spirit did not die, so it was our soul we were born with, that is sinful, the nature of the Serpent".
Such reasoning is mathematically, Scripturally and logically unsound and our Brother confuses a nature with a soul.
The natural types the spiritual and a soul is the feminine of God the Word Who is masculine in designation as confirmed by the fact that when the Logos or Word was made flesh it was a Man. The new birth is regeneration whereby our soul is made sinless and united with God by His Word through revelation of the Spirit into the oneness of an eternal Spiritual marriage union, for "what the Holy Spirit has joined together, man cannot put asunder" (Genesis 2:23-24; Matthew 19:6; Ephesians 4:30).
New birth is the soul's redemption, not its replacement. You are your soul. The soul is the part of man that is made in the likeness of God. All souls are immortal until after the appeal at the White Throne judgment. Then those souls that were never on or have been removed from the Book of Life will be annihilated. Were your soul to die it would mean your total loss and annihilation. This is the destiny of the vast majority. However, the first death is physical, the death of the body. Your body is the house in which you reside. Your mortal spirit is the power that operates your mind and your body. It comes from God but it is not of God.
The second death is spiritual: it is the death of the soul (Ezekiel 18:1-32; Hebrews 9:27; Romans 8:13; I Corinthians 15:23-28; Revelation 20:14-15). But first the unregenerate souls will stand in the resurrected bodies in which they sinned and be judged by Jesus Christ and the saints (Matthew 19:28; I Corinthians 6:1-3; Revelation 20).
When Adam took Eve back to himself he forfeited his dominion to Satan, who is now "the god of this world." Because of her sin we are all born into this world through Satan's wisdom and not by the Word of God, so we have his nature on our flesh and mortal spirit which naturally tends to please those carnal senses. Without faith his worldly nature becomes the husband, ruler or lord over our soul (Psalm 51:5-10).
Through the first birth our soul was born alive to or aware of the world through the senses of our flesh and mortal spirit, but ignorant of God and the revealed Word, thereby dead in sin and trespasses. The one thing able to quicken a soul to eternal Life and confirm its destiny in heavenly places according to God's foreknowledge is faith generated by the foolishness of someone preaching the present Truth.
Our Brother has learned and recited the "letter" of the Prophet's Message without obeying his command to compare his words with what the "Spirit" wrote from Genesis to Revelation to see what the Prophet meant. Through this omission he has confounded a "soul" with a "nature," missed the import of Scriptural water baptism, marriage and divorce which lay the basis of new birth expounded in Romans 7 and I Corinthians 7:39.
Everything possesses a "nature." The nature of water is to be "wet," "thirst-quenching" and "buoyant." The nature of a cat is to "purr" when stroked, but to "hiss" and "spit" when her fur is raked the wrong way.
In his sermons, The Invisible Union of the Bride and Christ, and Marriage and Divorce, the Prophet taught that it is the "nature" of Satan, living as de facto husband in fornication with our soul from the time we first drew breath that must die. Not you, your (feminine of God) soul, but the "old man," or worldly (masculine) husband and ruler of your soul that must die before you can be remarried to the "new Man," Jesus Christ the Word.
Romans 7:1-6, "Don't you know, brethren, (for I speak to those who know the Law), that the Law has dominion over a man as long as he lives? For the woman who has a husband is bound by the Law to her husband as long as he lives. But if the husband dies, she is released from the Law of her husband. So then if, while her husband lives, she marries another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband is dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she has married another man. Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the Law by the Body of Christ; that you should be married to another—to Him who is raised from the dead, that we should have the Token on display. For when we were in the flesh, the sinful desires which were aroused by the Law were at work in our members to bring forth fruit testifying of death. But now we have been delivered from the Law, having died to that which held us, we should serve in newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter".
If you read Romans 7:1 – 8:18 you will see clearly that it is not the wife or soul that must die before she can be remarried or born-again to a new husband. There is no logic in such talk. It is the Law of sin and death that must be dead to the soul before it can be married to the Law of Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus. All desire to serve the Law must die. That old life has to be dead to you, and you are not to exhume and revive it.
Justification by grace through faith and Scriptural water baptism in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ and sanctification or holiness declare our separation or divorce from that old man, or old worldly nature, and our preparations to please our true Love (Acts 2:38-39). This exposes the folly of infant baptism. Infants cannot have faith for justification (I Peter 3:21). If they are in Adam's race they are "saved" to at least the age of accountability.
Once our love of the old worldly nature is dead to us, not just divorced, and we have a revelation of and unite by perfect agreement with the Word for our day, that is the new birth, the Spiritual marriage of the one and only soul we will ever be to our new Husband.
The "new Man" is not another soul and feminine, but something masculine. He is your new "Husband part"—your part of the Word—whereas your "old husband part" was the nature of Satan—creeds, traditions, and the Law which was given as a schoolmaster to chastise Israel, teach them to distinguish right from wrong, separate clean from unclean, and shun worldly lusts for obedience (God's Only Provided Place of Worship, p. 38:250).
"After you recognize the very Word of God was Eagle Food, then you left the other thing. You've then been formed into the living image of the living God. You heard from your theophany" (William Branham, Who is This Melchisedec, p. 17:88). In other words, you have united with the mind of God and have Christ in you, the hope of glory.
Brother Branham taught us that whereas once the chemistry of the blood was the token (Exodus 12:13); now the Token is the Life of Christ in you, the Holy Spirit. But the Token is not the Token unless you are one with the Word, and the Token is on display.
Colossians 3:1-6, "If you are risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sits on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For you are dead to the carnal desires of the worldly nature on your as yet unredeemed flesh and mortal spirit, and your eternal Life is hid with Christ in God."
"When Christ, who is our eternal Life, shall manifest His true character (or nature) by the Token on display in the character of your life, then shall you also manifest with Him in glory of character" and see yourself in glory (Genesis 1:27; John 17:5; Romans 8:30; Revelation 5:8-14, etc,).
"You should have as little desire for this world and its nature as a dead person does. Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; deaden the evil desires for fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. Because of these things the wrath of God is coming on the children of disobedience".
Read the whole of Colossians 3 and it will be clear that Paul is speaking of the worldly nature that was lord or husband over your soul before your new birth. It was not your soul that passed away when you married the Word. It simply changed to a new condition or nature which is the Life of Christ. Now the world and its charms are dead to you. II Peter 3 makes this clear, as does Brother Branham in The Future Home of the Earthly Bride and the Heavenly Bridegroom where he explains how God redeems this earth through the same process by which He redeemed your soul. First it was justified and baptized in Noah's Flood. But the waters did not destroy the Earth, they simply washed away or remitted its past sins, the framework was still there. Soon it was repopulated by the natural Serpent's seed and three kinds of believers from Adam's race. Next it was sanctified by the Blood of Jesus Christ that fell at the crucifixion, but the world is still in sin.
As the three stages of water, blood and spirit are essential to every live natural birth, all three stages of justification, sanctification, and the baptism with the Holy Spirit are necessary in Spiritual regeneration. After the Millennium God will baptize Earth with the Holy Ghost and Fire to annihilate Satan and his demons, and natural fire from the Sun and volcanic activity to destroy all remnants of its past sinful existence, then renew and anoint it with His Presence in New Jerusalem which is the glorified saints of all ages overshadowed by the Shekinah.
In Matthew 24:35 Jesus said, "Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My Words shall not pass away." Heavens and Earth will not die or be annihilated and replaced, but renewed as your soul was renewed. Brother Branham explains, they will be changed from their unclean, sick, Satanic condition where death rules, to holiness where God can reign in His saints through all eternity as He would have had Eve and Adam not sold it into sin (Revelations 21:2-24).
Daniel expounded Earth's regeneration from Nebuchadnezzar's dream where a Stone cut out without hands, smashed the image of the apostate world power, and the world systems became like chaff of the summer threshing floors. The wind carried them away and the Stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.
The Two Souls doctrine claims God's elect are born with a "seed" in their soul, and when they come under the anointing of the present Truth the baptism with the Holy Spirit burns out the old soul and quickens the seed into a new soul.
However we learn from Luke 8:11, "the seed is the Word of God." I Peter 1:21-25 informs us, "we can now love the Brethren fervently with a pure heart since we have purified, (not replaced), our souls, by obeying the Word of truth. For we now have a new Life, being born not of corruptible seed but incorruptible by the Word of God that lives and abides forever. For our natural lives will fade as grass when it becomes brown and dry. But the Word of God endures forever, and you have received this Seed by the Gospel that was preached to you".
And in Romans 10:12-14, 16-17, "There is no difference between the Hebrew and the Gentile: for the same Lord over all is rich in mercy to all who call upon Him. For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? . . . But they have not all obeyed the Gospel. For Isaiah said, Lord, who has believed our report? So then faith comes by hearing, and understanding by the Word of God" (Isaiah 52:15b; 65:1).
Isaiah and Paul eliminate the "chosen people theory" of the self-styled Jews, proving that the Seed of God is the Word of God received in those with faith by the foolishness of preaching and not by coition with a Jewess. No one has ever been born with Abraham's seed of faith.
The natural types the Spiritual. As the seed must pass through the body of a husband to his wife (not from a wife to her husband as "Jews" pretend), so the Seed of God's Word must pass through the mystic Body of which Christ is Head, to conceive His elect. Thus Philip had to leave his meeting in order to encounter the Ethiopian eunuch so the Life of Christ could be passed through the Body by the foolishness of preaching. And Ananias had to visit the home of a man called Judas in Straight Street in order to meet and pass the Seed to Saul of Tarsus.
Jesus commanded, "Go, and teach (Seed to) all nations." His commission to the end-time Bride is "pass the Seed by sharing the Message again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings . . . for My Seed shall inherit the nations". nl378.htm
